    Always reliable and professional, Harris Air Services is the only ************ I would use. Their techs are punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. Their office staff is helpful and responsive. It is always a pleasure working with them.

    Harris Air did a fantastic job. We had an entirely new Trane system installed as well as new ductwork.I got three other bids, and ****** was by far the most detailed and thorough in getting a complete picture of the best system for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.***** did a great job communicating during the install process and personally making sure the checklist was complete and that I knew how to use the new thermostat, etc.Their price was very competitive and they had the longest zero percent financing term options. I would recommend Harris Air to my friends and family.

    I have been a customer of ********************** Air for about 7 years. They are one of the best companies for my home Ive ever had. They are trustworthy and professional. Always clean. Priced appropriately. On time and simple to book. I have routine maintenance appointments with **** who is the best! He is friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I recommend this company to everyone.

    Called Harris Air out earlier in the month to do an annual maintenance on the A/C systems (2) prior to the brutal Texas summer. This was my second visit from Harris and won't be my last! I had seen them install two units next door and was impressed with the obvious care they took doing the work. I'm NOT disappointed.Harris was good at sending reminder messages as well as telling me when the technician was on his way. It enabled me to return home rather than be chained to the house waiting all afternoon.****** and ***** (trainee) appeared promptly. They were respectful of my house wearing shoe protectors and taking any trash with them. They jumped on the tasks to check out the systems. It was impressive to see the modern test equipment they had to monitor the freon and electrical systems.Sadly, one of the compressor units died when they powered it up for the first time since last fall. ****** was quick to isolate the issue to a failed contactor. They were willing to provide a lowest cost solution WITHOUT an upsell. They respected my desire to make it through the summer and possibly consider an upgrade next winter.I decided to have a soft-start kit added to the compressor to ease the startup load on the compressor and my house appliances. No more flickering lights when the compressor starts. It dropped the initial insurge current to the compressor by almost half.****** was training ****** He also was very patient to answer all my questions. I was an engineer and my job was to ask questions and learn how things work. It was fun to watch ****** work with *****. He would task him and "test" him on how to approach it and WHY the various readings etc. were needed and mean. ***** is lucky to have such a knowledgeable mentor and trainer. Harris will benefit with a new technician who knows his stuff.I'll call Harris again and will be my first stop when upgrading.
