Dear REMOVED,
Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to providing high-quality service and maintaining transparency with our clients. We take all concerns seriously, and we would like to address the issues raised in your review.
Firstly, we did not charge you $5000, nor did we perform any services for your family members. The charges applied were in line with the services that were clearly outlined and agreed upon in our signed agreement. Furthermore, you were not enrolled in our program for the full duration of the service, as you chose to cancel the program on your own.
Additionally, we have records of your request for a refund, where you inaccurately claimed a duplicate charge on a recurring $99 per month service. This claim was reviewed and found to be incorrect by your bank and our merchant company.
We strive to ensure that all our clients receive the services they expect and are satisfied with our offerings. If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, please feel free to reach out to us directly. If you continue to make false statements you will be contacted by our Attorney.
Sincerely,
Score FactorBusiness Response

Subject: Response to Complaint by REMOVED
Dear BBB Representative's Name,
I am writing in response to the recent statements made by REMOVEDregarding his experience with Score Factor. As the CEO of Score Factor, I take all client feedback seriously, and I would like to address the claims made by REMOVED.
REMOVEDenrolled in our credit repair program on May 13, 2024, agreeing to the terms of service that included a $199 enrollment fee and monthly charges of $99. Our records indicate that his credit score improved during the program, and he received monthly consultations via phone, Zoom, and email. We have provided consistent support and transparency throughout the service period.
REMOVEDclaims that our company took over $5,000 from him and his family are entirely unfounded and false. To date, we have only received a total of $397 from REMOVEDfor services rendered to him alone. We have not provided services to any of his family members, nor have we received or requested any amount beyond the agreed-upon fees.Furthermore, REMOVEDallegation that we ceased communication is also inaccurate. We have documented records of ongoing communication and services provided up until he requested to cancel his subscription on July 22, 2024. All services were rendered as per the agreement, and we have responded promptly to all inquiries.
I take great pride in the integrity and professionalism of Score Factor. We strive to provide valuable services to our clients and maintain transparency in all our dealings. I respectfully request that REMOVEDfalse claims be reviewed in light of the documented evidence provided.
I am happy to provide any additional information or documentation as needed to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Sincerely,
REMOVED, MBA
