  Just a little loyalty scam. We've been taking our vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for more than 15 years. After being told a specific discount would apply when I requested the cost of the service up front I was told that my loyalty points as well as my senior discount would be applicable. WHAT A SCAM. After the oil change was complete I was told that my vehicles my number as well as my license numbers were no longer in the system. there are three or four previous Jiffy Lube stickers on my front windshield. What a total STINKER!!!!!. I a complaint directly to Jiffy wherein I was giving the typical brush off apology and told that the senior discount would be refund to my card in 5 to 7 business days, The e-mail was another lie! It's been 12 days no return call and no refund. I could care less about the money but being honest with customers before you touch their vehicle is important. They lied to me. and responded with an e-mail with yet another line. The lost to me was minimal but I will certainly warm my friends about Jiffy Lube's service there customer ********************** and their ********************** follow-up. what a total joke. Take your vehicles anywhere other than Jiffy Lube in ********,. There is plenty of oil changes services that work with sone degree of integrity. but not here.

  I have always had my pickup at this JiffyLube. I dont really know what with this last visit . There were two vehicles in the building when I pulled up to the door and was told to open the hood and follow the attendant to the waiting room.After 50 minutes the vehicle in the ********* was pulled out and a large commercial van was pulled in . Finally my tuck was entered and 15 minutes later my vehicle was pulled out out.I guess it was a bad day.

  Terrible *************** slacking off, smoking cigarettes in shop.Went in for an oil change on my 2021 VW Jetta.After 3 days, there were oil drips all over my driveway. After investigating, the idiot that performed the oil change did not tighten the oil drain plug hard enough and did not tighten the oil filter. Not to mention, there were 6 bolts from the engine cover that were not returned.Another great service from a great s***** company on ***********. It seems where ever you go these days, people do s***** work and expect to get paid. I contested the charge on my credit card and was reimbursed the charge.They will definately not be around in *******, I hear a lot of bad stories from my mechanic friend at **, that they receive many jobs and cases from Jiffy Lube that does not give a s*** if they do good work or not.

  After waiting ****************************************************** and out multiple times with no explanation. When questions were asked the attendant got hostile. This location is extremely rude and not prepared to service customers. The staff is hostile and they refused the manger as well as cooperate information... and because of those reasons my father was threatened and told to leave and that he would be banned from all locations.

  I went to get the oil changed on my car and requested that conventional oil be used. I was informed that they did not carry conventional oil, so my only options were full synthetic oil or a synthetic blend. Their website indicates otherwise.

  Women should NOT go to this location. My husband brought our second car in for a quick oil change, he was charged *****, I took it in six months later and I was charged *****. Same car, same oil.I feel taken advantage of and will let all of **************/************ know how women are treated here. Take your car anywhere else, check the price first. Or, better yet, have a man take it in, he'll be treated much better and given a better price.

  Went for a quick oil change. I checked after I pulled out of the bay. Leaking oil. So I went back and told them. There correction was to put goo on the plug so it wouldnt drip. This happened on my last oil change as well but they quickly corrected it and apologized. They gave me 25% off next oil change which they wouldnt honor on this change. For $100+ dollars youd think they would make sure it was correct. Wont be back. Taking car to mechanic to resolve.I also have before and after photos as proof of goo put on fter I told them about the problem.

  ****** will lie to your face. i went for oil change, tire pressure, and topping off fluids. she said she could do a free tire rotation and i said yes. she said it would be about $75 total for all that. she asked if i wanted to do brake fluid change and that would bring my total to $120. she did not specify that it would be an extra $100, only that my total would be $120. poor communication and seemed to be purposefully confusing and word-vomitting. she said it would be an hour. she called in the meantime and asked if i wanted cabin air filter replaced for $24 and i said yes. cabin air filter ended up being $46, not $24, plus another $40 for air filter, which i was not notified about them doing any additional work. the oil change itself was also more than the $75 that was originally stated. they didnt check my tire pressure like they said they would, so i had to go somewhere else right after. i wasnt notified when the car was finished, but when i came back to pay, the employees started arguing with each other about the invoice and prices as i was paying. i also showed a coupon and am unsure if it was added or not. i paid 3 times more than expected.another suspicious thing was how only the passenger seat was vacuumed and none of the others.
