On 10/31/23 I went to ************** Jiffy Lube in ******* ** for a ****** flush. ***** suggested a spark plug change was due and so I agreed. After 2 hours and several staff trying their hardest to get one out, even busted up his hand trying (I was sitting in the car the whole time) I t was finished....at least I thought. I came right back as the check engine light on now and car now running poorly. ***** advised to go next door to Auto Zone to have scanned (they didnt have one) I did. Scanner shows spark plug #1.. and a variety of emission codes. ****** lifts the hood, trys some things and sent me away. I came back the next morning with the same issues...***** again popped the hood, pretended to fix something and sent me away. The next day I come back...Still scanning spark #1 and emission codes...***** says he is at a loss and send me to my mechanic and says "if we did something to cause this, please let us know". The new mechanic starts at spark #1 and instantly can tell how tight it was on there and had to get a specialized tool to get off. Once off, he identifies it is the original spark plug (that was not changed by ****** as paid for) and now broken at the base. I video recorded him taking it off and still have the original broken spark plug. Nearly 6 months of trying to reach ***** and or new management I was given the run around over and over. Finally a different location agreed to take my number and have **** the regional manager call me. He never once apologized for all of this inconvenience and assured me he would get back to me in 3 days (by Friday) On Friday he calls to say ***** remembers the incident but that he needs proof from the new repair shop. I refuse to spend any more time trying to get Jiffy Lube to take responsibility for this action. They are consistently short staff, undereducated, inadequate tools for the job and considering ***** was the only one with spark plug experience....training is necessary.Review from Theresa D

Today I took my vehicle in for an oil change.Afterwards I drove less than a block and *low oil pressure* light came on.Checked the dipstick and it was dry. CRANKCASE EMPTY..Drove back and all they could say was SORRY. Do not do business with these people ever. Take your car to the dealer.Review from Daniel M

Went for routine oil change in *******, ** Jiffy Lube broke the oil pan/seal- did not replace when they broke it. Engine leaked for a month without me knowing until it rained and I saw an oil trail- there was a significant amount of oil that leaked out causing my truck to burn oil. My engine started knocking due to low oil. The manager came to my house to add oil and to discover that it was in fact leaking. He overfilled my engine with oil which is the worst thing you can do. I went to the location twice and told the manager I am worried that my engine is making noises now. They told me it was my transmission and I should have a specialist look at it. They never replaced the seal when they were supposed to. They gave me another oil change with the best oil and told me to replace seal on my own time/money when I reached my destination. I reached my destination and when I got here my truck was making all kinds of noises and the check engine light was flashing. They told me it was my transmission- so I brought it to a transmission specialist. The owner of the shop said it was not my transmission and it was working fine- it was my engine that burned all the oil. Because they broke my seal and I drove for a month without knowing it caused my engine to burn oil. When the manager came to my house to overfill the engine with oil- that also made it worse. While driving to my destination- my engine burned oil all the way- I had no idea thinking it was my transmission Brought it to a transmission specialist and they said that I had NO oil in my engine. They said that the knocking is coming from the engine. Jiffy Lube caused damage to my engine after breaking the drain plug, not replacing it and they are refusing to take any accountability.Review from Mason R

My recent visit to Jiffy Lube's K ent location was marred by negligent service and a shocking disregard for customer safety. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and engine air filter replacement, for which I was charged. However, it was later revealed that the technician failed to install the new engine air filter, despite charging me for it.The gravity of this oversight became apparent only after I had driven nearly 170 miles, discovering my engine air filter compartment empty upon inspection. Despite my attempts to address the issue with management, I received no acknowledgment or resolution to my concerns. The lack of accountability and empathy towards a paying customer is appalling and inexcusable.Furthermore, this negligence appears to extend beyond the location to their franchisee entity, TEAM CAR CARE WEST, LLC. Such systemic failures in service and customer care are unacceptable and demand urgent action.In conclusion, my experience with Jiffy Lube **** was deeply troubling. Their negligent service and disregard for customer safety are inexcusable. I strongly caution consumers to avoid this location and seek reliable alternatives for their automotive needs.Review from Liam S

Needed a quick oil change, went to this Jiffy Lube. Shortly after I pulled in, he quoted me $107 for a basic oil change. He offered me a significant discount if I paid with cash. ***** dollars off. I didn't agree with that price and asked to leave, but they had a tech camping under the bay already draining the oil. The price was justified by their claim of a 50 point inspection, which they did not perform. There was no invoice or interval sticker provided because the printer is downReview from Jason B

Jiffy Lube at ************************************************************************************ The manager treats, the customers awful and his employees. Also when you come in for the free oil top off and air in your tires, he refuses to do the work he swears at the customers and employees. He doesnt give you what jiffy lube says you get with an oil change dont wait your money.Review from John S

If I could give less than one star I would. They charged me for a full synthetic oil change and did nothing . I drove the car another couple thousand miles on the regular oil Valvoline put in at the last change but that oil burned away. Check engine light came on and the engine was about to burn. I call the location on Federal road and the guy that answered the phone didn't seem surprised at all about my complaintReview from Charles M

My local Jiffy Lube in ********, ** (Store ****) Was asked to do an oil change on my car. They drained the transmission fluid and put an additional 5 quarts of oil in my engine. Then told me they were done and wished me a good day. My car acted up almost immediately to having no transmission fluid and twice as much oil as it was designed for. The General Manager admitted liability and refunded the Jiffy Lube charges immediately. However he had to forward the $817.18 Bill from my ****** Dealer for fixing the problems Jiffy Lube had caused. I have reported this problem the Jiffy Lube and Team Car Care West, LLC, who holds the franchise, and cannot get a response other than a case #********.Review from Abby M

PLWASE read through all of these reviews. In the past 3 months this company has ruined at least four engines that are listed here. They ruined my car by not tightening the oil cap as well. THE NEW ENGINE WILL COST US ********. We have documentation from the car dealership that the damage was due to the oil cap not being tightened. Jiffy Lube, and their parent company TEAM CAR CARE are very non responsive. We have been without a car for over four weeks. This is criminal negligence. I will be posting on social media, reaching out to our local news station, and will try to engage the ******************************* as these people are ruining people's cars and leaving them without cars for months.
