            Houk On Saturday June 10 , 2023, I was charged $237.80 by Houk to replace a capacitor in my AC unit. The AC unit was manufactured by Lennox in October 2020 and installed by Houk in December 2020. However, the capacitor installed by Houk was manufactured in 2010. An old or used capacitor should not be installed in a new AC unit. Following my written protest, Houk refunded $86.55 to me. I request that Houk also refund the remaining balance of the charge of $151.25.

            HORRIBLE SERVICE! Over 2 years including almost 40 visits. Unit still dosent work. Mold on ceiling. Water and rust Leaking from my vents onto my tile floor damaging the tile. Guest bedroom and bathroom has mold hanging from the cabinets and the ceiling. Humidity stays between 86 and 88%. Constantly told they are going to fix it but in 40 visit they haven’t been able to get my AC working right in a brand new house. Terrible communication they don’t let you know what’s going on and 70% of the time they never let you know when they’re on their way they just show up unannounced. This has been extremely hard trying to navigate while having a job. Drains under sinks are not sealed. Dehumidifier was not even plugged in for an entire year. Multiple vents replaced from leaking condensation only to have it happening again. I could go on and on… JUST STAY AWAY
