    I brought my jeep in for 2 recall repairs and an diagnostic check for an odd suspension noise. ****** ordered the parts and a week later i dropped it off, and was told two days later it was ready for pickup by my advisor. The advisor said the tech was able to duplicate said highly intermittent problem and that i just needed a whole new front end for 3 grand. i declined the estimate due to that being highly improbable. When i picked up the jeep on friday around closing time, it was written up under an entirely different name and the diagnosis charge was 215. After inspecting vehicle, i noticed the airbag safety recalls were not even done. This alone is highly unsafe and when i talked to the service director, it supposedly was a communication issue. Ive checked with chrysler and they were listed as complete with jeep. i do not feel safe driving this vehicle and on the suspension issue it turned out to be a *************************** ten minutes. I belive that i should be able to allow another dealer to finish my recalls correctly and my 215 should be refunded since obviously they were just trying to throw the kitchen sink at the issue

    Purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country in June of 2021. Used car sales rep failed to inform us that we had actually been approved for much more and would have purchased a newer vehicle. Within three weeks check engine light came on, took it in and was brushed off when I asked about the Lemon Law and wanting to use my rights when it comes to it. I was told that whatever the issue was the bumper to bumper warranty would take care of it. Then in October the **** failed and was still having intermittent issues with the transmission. I was told that the warranty does not cover this part. At the end of May the van began having major issues with shifting and multiple check engine codes. Could not get it into their service department so took it to an outside mechanic to diagnose the issues. Only to find out that the engine, transmission, and catalytic converter all need to be replaced. There is no way that these issues could have happened within the past year. Meaning they knowingly sold a vehicle that should not have been on the road. My family has now been without a vehicle for over a month and the warranty is fighting tooth and nail to honor their contract and cover the necessary repairs. ******** has not been helpful and I was even told "Well you did buy a used vehicle". Which is true, but I was also told that the van had been fully serviced and there were no issues.
