Purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country in June of 2021. Used car sales rep failed to inform us that we had actually been approved for much more and would have purchased a newer vehicle. Within three weeks check engine light came on, took it in and was brushed off when I asked about the Lemon Law and wanting to use my rights when it comes to it. I was told that whatever the issue was the bumper to bumper warranty would take care of it. Then in October the **** failed and was still having intermittent issues with the transmission. I was told that the warranty does not cover this part. At the end of May the van began having major issues with shifting and multiple check engine codes. Could not get it into their service department so took it to an outside mechanic to diagnose the issues. Only to find out that the engine, transmission, and catalytic converter all need to be replaced. There is no way that these issues could have happened within the past year. Meaning they knowingly sold a vehicle that should not have been on the road. My family has now been without a vehicle for over a month and the warranty is fighting tooth and nail to honor their contract and cover the necessary repairs. ******** has not been helpful and I was even told "Well you did buy a used vehicle". Which is true, but I was also told that the van had been fully serviced and there were no issues.

Don't answer phones or return calls. Horrible customer service! I dropped my car off to be repaired which I bought from them to begin with and they had it for a week. I got the car back and the same problem was happening so I took the car back in and no one will answer me what's going on or when I will get my vehicle back they don't return calls and don't answer phones so you have to leave voicemail after voicemail.

Purchased a car 12/27/21 listed at $5000. Had to pay $6000 to be able to take possession of it because of dealer fees added on. Four days later light started coming up on the dash. The mechanic in our town says $1495.00 in repairs needed. Salesman talked us out of getting the warranty because he said it really wouldnt pay for much and we could save money by not taking that warranty. The dealership now says that a diagnostic was run and it was fine and that they had already put about $700 into getting it lot ready and that was all they were going to do. Please save your money and shop for a used car somewhere else.

If I could give neg. stars I would. Let's start with a question: Why do you schedule appointments? The common-sense answer is so you can get in at your scheduled time and get the work done that day. Well, that didn't happen. I scheduled two appointments on the same day, same time, for both of my vehicles. We dropped them off, took their sub-par shuttle service back, and waited. 9 hours later, we get a call to come to pick up our vehicles: 1. The first vehicle had a windshield fluid reservoir issue where the fluid wasn't coming out. We paid the money to have it fixed. When we tried to run the fluid it still didn't come out. We turned right around and took it back. The answer we received was "oh, there is probably some dirt and bugs and stuff in there but we don't do that we just reconnect the hose and it has a leak." Do what? Then what did we pay you for? To connect a hose? 2. NOTHING was done on my other vehicle. Nothing. The answer was "oh, we had too many cars from yesterday. You can bring it back in the morning." They why are you taking appointments? Why didn't you just tell me to do that instead? You have had my vehicles ALL DAY. We will not be going back to this dealership.... ever, I suggest you don't either.
