1 star******************* fraudulently presented himself as a licensed insurance agent in ********** but no listing or license could be verified on covered ** website. I asked to verify himself and/or the policy he was trying to sign me up via phone and he reluctantly send a suspicious link though via text which had nothing about ***** plan he was signing me up for. This company is listed on that document that he works for. I'm surprised to find this company to be still operating and scamming people out of money with fake insurance policies.Premier Health Solutions LLC

Were sorry that ************** was unsatisfied with his sales experience. ******************* is a licensed insurance agent for the *******************. Covered ********** is an ACA site and should not be utilized to look up agents licensing status. That information can be found on the ******************** of ********* Commissioners (NAIC) website here: sbs.naic.org/solar-external-lookup/. We apologize about the misunderstanding over this being an Aetna plan. The product that was presented utilizes First Health PPOs provider network which, according to their website (***********************************************************************) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ********** The product is not an Aetna product and is not a major medical insurance. 1 starAll these complaints are about a particular company affiliated with Premier Health Solutions. The associated company are scammers taking peoples money (including my family) to pass off "real private health insurance". If you're tired of people complaining, perhaps you should think twice about being affiliated with crooked companies. Were sorry that **************** had an unsatisfactory sales experience. We have made multiple attempts to reach this individual by phone and email. He has been unresponsive. His account is still active and will bill again on August 1. If this is a purchase he is unhappy with, we need to hear a response from him in order to put in a cancellation and/or a refund.Review fromPhilip C

5 starsNever sent me policy or card within 24 days. agent said I could cancel and get a full refund within 30 days. When I went to cancel, I was informed I couldnt not get a refund out 340 dollars for absolutely nothing.Premier Health Solutions LLC

Premier Health Solutions (PHS) has not had any direct communication with this individual. PHS is the third-party administrator (***) that is contracted to handle the billing and remittance of the monthly payments, only. This individual was speaking to the insurance agency that performed this sale. PHS had no part to play in this sales presentation or the subsequent interactions being described. The insurance agency on record for this account is Colari ********************** Agency, **** *************, ****** ** *****. 2 starsTerribly confusing and misleading. I would never have gotten a health plan from this company if they had been upfront about all the conditions. With this health plan do you have to use their legend browser 500 hours per year. If you do not do that they drop you from the plan.I cannot possibly recommend this company for health insurance. It appears to be one large scam connected to another large scam, which is very hard to understand and pin down.Premier Health Solutions LLC

There are 3 different companies at play in this review. Premier Health Solutions (PHS) is the third-party administrator (TPA) contracted to handle the billing and remittance of the monthly payments on this account, only. We had no part to play in the described misleading sale presentation and we are not the ones who created the product that was sold and being described. The insurance agency whose employee gave this sales presentation is Acme Health and ********************** *****************************************************************. The product that was sold (AdvantCare) was created by Affordable Benefit Choices, ******************************************************************************************. All of these various entities, including PHSs role as TPA, is outlined in the * Signature document that was signed at the point of sale. This can be confusing, and we apologize for that. I will be sure and send this individual a copy of this * Signature document for his records. From our role as TPA, we have now refunded and cancelled this account in an effort to resolve this complaint and will also send confirmation of this to the member.Review fromElizabeth P

1 starI applied for a health insurance last December 2022, a certain ******************* was the agent who enrolled me. Last March 3rd-7th I got admitted for 4 days at the cardiac care unit due to irregular heartbeats. Now, I found out that I was like being scammed by this certain agent because when I enrolled, he assured me that the hospital and primary care provider I have is in their network coverage but to my big surprise now, I got a bill from the hospital amounting to $68,586.94. The hospital and I called the *** claims department and to our dismay that my hospitalization wasn't covered, that's very ridiculous. And right now, I'm not on my well being and like giving me a heart attack thinking about my bill. Premier Health Solutions said that they are just a TPA and has nothing to do with the fraudulent agent that enrolled me. And they still charging(auto pay) for my premium payment every month. I'm very very stressed now and don't know how I ended up in this situation. In good faith, I enrolled last December of 2022 thinking that I'll be covered properly but seems like I was scammed.Premier Health Solutions LLC

We are very sorry this individual has had this situation. It is true that the named insurance agent is not employed by Premier Health Solutions (PHS). It is also true that we are a contracted third-party administrator (TPA) tasked with the billing and remittance of monthly payments, only. We were not at all involved in the sales process that led to this misunderstanding of benefits. In our role as TPA we can give a full refund for the monthly payments that were made but that is all we have the power to offer from our role with this account. We have been in contact with this member and have sent documentation in an effort to help her file the claims with her carrier for the benefits that are available to her. 1 starThis is a scam. They talked me out of the plan I wanted and into something promising coverage, but it really had very little coverage. They sent an email saying the cancellation went through, but never refunded my money. I thought I was on the covered CA site which looks very similar and the people on the phone acted like I was on that site, saying they helped facilitate the insurance.Every time I call I get transferred to a different department, then they tell me it needs to go through the other department. I am still on the phone with them acting like I never cancelled, even though I have the email from their company saying I did.Premier Health Solutions LLC

Premier Health Solutions (PHS) does not employee the individual that sold this plan. That individual is a sales agent that works for Legacy Health *************************, *******************************************************************************************. PHS is a third-party administrator (TPA) tasked with the monthly billing and remittance of this account, only. We had no part in the sales process. Any issue with the sales presentation should be addressed to the aforementioned selling agency and not PHS. We are sincerely sorry for this individuals sales experience, but PHS was not a party to that experience. We have contacted the policy holder and given plan information about what was purchased. 1 starTold when I signed up that all our medicine would be covered under the plan. Come to find out only ASPRIN was covered. One operator told me " they tell you what you want to hear to sell the plan". Thankfully I figured out the scam before I truly needed medical services.Premier Health Solutions LLC

PHS is the company that was contacted, and through our role as TPA, cancelled and refunded this account. 1 starSigned up for this health insurance, was charged and never recieved a card or any way to use the insurance. Was only given a member ID- which was sold to a bunch of third parties who called me to telemarket. Additionally had a lot of telemarketers call after the fact who knew my full first and last name- which I have never experienced. We’re sorry this individual had a difficult time with her purchase. The selling agency of record is BSA Health Consultants, 1010 Audace Avenue, Apt 413, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Premier Health Solutions (PHS) was not the company that solicited her for this sale. PHS is a third-party administrator (TPA) who was tasked with the billing and remittance of the monthly payments for this purchase, only. In that role we show that the same day this review was submitted, this individual filed a dispute with their bank over the charge that was made at the time of sale. The outcome of this dispute will be decided by her card’s issuing bank and the outcome is no longer in our hands. If the dispute is decided in favor of PHS, she can contact us at [email protected] and we can then refund her that money after the dispute is finalized in our system.
