    This company is a true scammer. I enrolled into a medical plan on 7/1/25, and wanted to cancel it on 7/3/25. Wrongly thought I had this plan with ********** and they closed on 7/3/25 for holiday. I waited till 7/7/25, Monday, to call and cancel it with Premier Health Solutions. This *** cancelled my policy right away, but I was told that they won't refund me my $99 premium the next day even with the fact that I didn't use the insurance at all for that one week and I meant to cancel it on 7/3/25. I am unemployed, and I truly believed I should be getting my $99 refund to me. First time I am experiencing such a company that will take your money even though the policy has been cancelled so early in the month. I am very ****** with the fact that I am unemployed and I need my money back ASAP.

    Called phone number that ends in 8881 that is listed on the insurance card. Spoke to the most clueless and rudest people. I called to cancel a policy that was to start up on 8/1/2025. First person says they put the policy on hold then said the agent was busy and to call a number that ends in 9197. Was on the line for 30 minutes with someone before he transferred me to someone saying she was in the billing dept. I again said that I needed to cancel a policy because I am getting a better one. She was rude and would not help me. Claimed that I was lying about getting another policy and that the agent I was working with was lying about what he was selling me. She says she was trying to help me and that I had multiple policies in the system. When I asked her what they were she said she couldn't tell me. She also wouldn't tell me her name or phone number. Again she called me a liar and the agent a liar and would not cancel the policy that I will not be using. She brought up "First Enroll" which has nothing to do with anything. Why would a billing dept person get on the phone to argue with me for trying to cancel a useless policy? I had to hang up on her since I wasn't getting anywhere. How can I make sure that this policy gets canceled?

    I was sold policy after being explicitly told it could be canceled and I would be refunded. The agent ***** ***** then proceeds to avoid and not return three voice messages. I try **************** 3x. On 3rd attempt, they ask me to send email, which I do. I follow up Mon and *** claims she never received my email. I tell her when it was sent (Fri) and she says she now sees it. She asks me to wait until 2pm for ***** and, if he doesn't call, she'll cancel. He doesn't call and finally I receive email confirmation of cancelation request.I follow up re refund and am passed from **** to ****. Hung up on 3x. One *** says don't worry you will be refunded. Next *** says no refund and hangs up.They have stolen $1028 from me. I have filed complaint with ********************************. I am complaining here. This is unacceptable.

    In September 2024, I acquired my original policy with Premier Health Solutions, LLC from a broker who contacted me following my enrollment in the Pennsylvania insurance marketplace after losing my coverage through work. However, about a month later, I acquired different coverage and so on November 11, 2024, reached out to the customer service team to cancel my policy. I followed a multi-step cancellation process, across text and phone calls, over a number of days, involving communicating with a number of different agents, which raises red flags about deceptive cancellation practices, an issue that the *** is currently litigating with ***** even before discovering that my cancellation was never processed despite the fact that I received verbal confirmation that the process was complete and my policy was cancelled and an email with the subject line "Healthcare *************** Cancellation" the following day.Despite this, I continued to be charged for 7 months.I have since made 26 different calls on 8 different days over 6 weeks and received assurances that I would receive a call back in ***** hours on 7 different occasions, zero of which resulted in the promised call back. I have now been waiting for 18 days for a **************** Manager named **** ***** to call me back after promising to do so within ***** hours on June 9 and giving me a direct line that seems to be disconnected or in some other way non-functional because it rings directly into hold music and no one answers. There is, in my opinion, no question that I am owed a full refund for the wrongful charges to my credit card for 7 months, minus the refund I already received for May, which amounts to over $2,000. Additionally, I now suspect that this company is guilty of deceptive billing and cancellation practices, and unless an appropriate resolution is reached, I have every intention of filing formal consumer protection complaints with the ***, the ** ****************, and this organization.

    They dont even deserve one star! Beware, they are thieves and will not pay for anything! I was told multiple times my sons dentist was covered. On the day of his cleaning the dentist said they wouldnt take it after speaking with the agent. Then I was told I could pay the bill upfront and then submit a claim. He had his cleaning, then Cigna (the carrier they gave me for the plan) said they dont accept any personal claims. I was hung up on too many times to count. They transfer you so many times in between different agencies that you dont even know what company your talking to and the phone service is so bad that they hang up on you because we cant hear each other. Nobody knows what theyre doing there and they definitely dont give a **** to figure it out. I got different answers from everyone and they just put you on hold and let it hang up when they dont want to talk anymore.

    I called just to get a quote on insurance. I was told that giving my information would just get me that quote. Like others here, I was immediately charged on my CC of $720. Ive called to cancel and got nothing but the runaround. Be very very careful who you give your personal information too. Its been extremely stressful.

    I was referred to this businesss number accidentally from a teledoc health agent even after telling them I already had health insurance. I told Premium Health Solutions that I was just trying to find a doctor covered by ********** Blue Shield (my current insurance) and they said I just needed to finish my annual enrollment. I asked them if this was for my CURRENT BCBS policy and the agent said yes, then asked for my credit card for verification, I gave it to them after confirming that I would not be charged anything because I did not want to buy any new product or insurance. They assured me I was not buying a new product, then sent me an enrollment text so I verified again that this was all for my current BCBS policy and they said yes so I signed it. Long story short, they scammed me and I ended up being charged $346 on my credit card. I called them back multiple times and they told me the need to refer me to my selling agency which is 365 Insurance Solutions (and they on the phone said they couldnt help me too). So I called Premium Health Solutions back asking them to cancel everything and that they violated consumer protection laws by giving me false information and they told me they still needed to refer me to a different number that wouldnt work. I asked for a supervisor and they couldnt provide me with a supervisor. Now Im going through the ************************ because they could not fix their problem they started or help get me information or cancel my policy that I was scammed into.

    Exactly what many others have experienced. Not provided with the explanation of benefits prior to signing even though I asked for it. My agent, ***** *****, said I was only on the first page, so I signed thinking there would be more pages to read through. There was not. I got the explanation of benefits after ending the call with *****. I have been trying to cancel since the day I signed the document, so I can get a refund as explained in the contract. However, they have been dragging me along for around 2 weeks.
