      On 15 March, 2024, my health insurance policy was initiated and with my credit card information I paid $568.22. On 27 March, I contacted ************** the seller of this health insurance back to cancel my policy and receive a refund because I am within the 30 day period of eligibility of a refund. I was told my cancelation and refund has been submitted and to wait for a confirmation email from Premier Health Solutions. On 02 April, 2024, I called the seller agent back again for an update on my cancelation request. I was told my request was in the process of being received and I need to wait for a confirmation email from Premier Health Solutions that my request has been canceled. On 09 April, 2024, I called the seller agent back once again for an update on my cancelation request. I was told there is nothing more they can do because my request is being processed to Premier Health Solutions and I need to wait patiently for a confirmation email that my policy has been canceled. On 15 April, 2024 I was charged $235 for the health insurance policy. I called both the seller at ************* and Premier Health Solutions customer service at ************* to claim I should not have been charged an additional $235 because I called-in to cancel my policy on 27 March, and have been waiting for a confirmation email and refund since I canceled within 30 days of initiating the policy. I was told by Premier Health Solutions customer service that I never requested for cancelation/refund which is why I was additionally billed $235. Speaking with Premier Health Solutions customer service on 15 April, I demanded that my policy be canceled and I receive a refund for $235 and $568.22 because the company's policy states if cancelation is requested within 30 days of starting the customer will receive the refund. The customer service agent told me they can cancel my policy, but I am no longer eligible for a refund because I started the policy on 15 March, and it is now 15 April.

      Was told they were part of an Aetna subsidiary PPO. They are not, they are part of some TVP group that isn't even considered health insurance. Got me for almost 500$ and 349$ a month after that. I have to have insurance, I was in a motorcycle accident, and I can't get any of the the testing I need done.

The insurance agency listed on your account is Legacy ********************** ************************* in ***********, *******. PHS is a third-party administrator (***) contracted to handle the monthly billing and remittance of payments for your account. We had no part to play in the sales presentation you are describing. We can confirm from our position as the *** for this account, that you have called our representatives and have been refunded 100% for this purchase. We hope this helps and again apologize for the negative experience you had with your selling agent.
