    Horrible company. I pay every month and when my heater core went out they wont cover , they said it was not covered when it clearly stats in my contract its covered.

    Hi *******, this statement is slightly misleading. Your heater core did not go out. It was clogged. Our plans protect against mechanical and electrical breakdown. For example, when you filed a claim 2 months into your contract, we replaced your power seat switches, tie rod steering components, and water pump cooling components totaling almost $3,600 because those components were stated for coverage and also broke down. For any potential customers that may be reading this, paying $180 into a policy and having repairs that totaled over $3,500 covered is a pretty good return on investment.

    We have been with everything breaks.com for two years now.Just recently added everything inside of our home to it. We had a problem with our pickup truck in january. They held up to their agreement and fixed it perfectly. We r very happy with them

    Don't trust this company will honor anything advertised I was informed it's a year of payments monthly before any oil changes are covered . A year of payments before any car repairs are covered. And refunds you have no chance of getting money back. When canceling the policy. Company is a huge liar don't waste time with this company on anything

    Hi *******, yes since the majority of our policies are month to month contracts, we let our members earn loyalty rewards and benefits, one of which is a complimentary oil change after they've been with us for a year. That does not mean you have to wait a year for car repairs but one of the exclusions for all our contracts is that we cannot cover pre-existing issues. That prevents someone from buying a policy on a car that is currently not in good working condition and then filing a claim right away. Unfortunately, your claim fell into that category based on the inspection and pictures submitted it appears your car was having problems prior to contract purchase. That is why it's so important to have coverage before something goes wrong. If you had canceled your coverage within 30 days of contract purchase, you would have been entitled to a full refund.     The commercial they have says they cover things like oil changes and certain other maintenance issues. I called two weeks before my appointment to have my oil changed and tires, they told me that it would be covered. Today 12/7/22 when I went for my appointment, I gave the mechanic the number to call to verify coverage, he told me they told him that they didn't cover maintenance issues. So they flat out lied to me.

    I'm a new customer to **********************. I called on 11/11/22 & spoke to **** he was so pleasant, and knowledgeable, he gave me a excellent price for my 2007 ****** Avalon, at first I was afraid that they wouldn't help me because of the year and miles that my car has, because in the past I had called other companies, and they advised me that my car was to old. Then I called ( Car Shield ) I had them for 3 months but it was to expensive for me. But **** with Everything Breaks made me feel very secure and he gave me my pricing and contract, and he also took a post dated payment information, which I asked him to so I can lock in my benefits with the company, because I receive my funds once a month. Even tho I'm a new customer I trusted him because I saw their commercial on TV. And I also did my homework. So anyway my plan started 12/2/22 when I made my first payment which I totally understand. **** called me 12/2/22 and advised me that he emailed me my contract which I received and he stated he will also mail it. So my experience has been EXCELLENT so far. I wish they can cover my auto insurance policy too. (LoL) I just wanted to let everyone know that if you don't give a chance to a person or company you will never know the benefits that they have to offer you. Don't listen or read bad Reviews from other people if you haven't even had a chance to have a relationship with the person or company, this is my honest opinion. I just wanted to say Thank You **** for your help because in my mind I thought I wouldn't get covered on my car, but you and your company made it possible for ********* very grateful for that!

    They decided to call and talk to me about coverage. They do not call backs, so you can't even speak to you spouse or anyone before you give them all your credit cards information. I was going to seriously look into doing it but I will never go against my agreement with my spouse of not talking before either of us do something. And when I was explaining this to ***** he decided to get all snotty with me and then all but hung up on me because I wouldn't just do it. No call backs what didn't I understand about that. And why didn't I explain myself better when they first said that to me. I thought they meant they wouldn't be calling me back again. Not the other way around. Crazy. They had me and I was willing to do this but needed my spouses agreement first. Oh well. Not like they are the only ones that call!

    I was told I had 30 days to decline the coverage. I decided to call to cancel coverage on day 22. The representative I was routed to, '****', did not assist with canceling. Rather, he engaged in posing questions aimed at playing on typical human fears in hopes I would not pursue my request. It took multiple calls seeking other assistance to get another person to help. The gentleman was rude, wouldn't listen, and persisted to be manipulative.

    When it came time for them to honor the insurance, they said my mother did not give the accurate mileage on her car. I was with her an know better, I would not recommend this insurance.

    We have reviewed your complaint. The mileage that was reported at the time of sale was estimated at 101,000 miles. When the customer went to file the claim, the car fax was pulled and it turns out the mileage two months prior to purchasing the contract was already 128,339 miles. After listening to the call, our agent never requested the exact mileage when the customer went to get the VIN. That was a mistake on our agents part and they have been addressed. We will reach out to customer to come to a resolution.

    I can Definitely say slot about this company but that'll be a book. Great customer service set at & all time high! U wish all companies had people that work for them like this. Kasia C is very professional & is on point. She and this company to a lot of stress off of me when it came 2 my *********** highly recommend!
