1 starI purchased a warranty, after the 4 week & 1000 mile waiting period my air conditioning system had a problem. They rejected the claim saying it was a pre existing condition. My mechanic verified that it could not be as the system was was working during the waiting period. Nothing more than an excuse to avoid paying a claim. Could not even get anyone to return a call. Totally dissatisfiedReview fromEarl M

1 star***** extended car warranty ever. Had paid for the warranty for 6 months. When I put in a claim for a breakdown, they cancelled my policy. They said they had a glitch in there system and my vehicle was not qualify for a any policy. They cancelled my policy on 04/16/2025. I called the repair shop in ******* ,Ok. to fix my vehicle and would return when my vehicle was repaired. On 04/26/2025 I drove from ********, Wi to *******, Ok. and picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. On 05/14/2025 everything breaks issued me a check for the repair on my vehicle in the amount of $1,718.26. It had the wrong name on the check. Quick Question, if my vehicle was not covered under any policy, then why are they sending me a check? I had to return the wrong name check before they could issue a new check. On 06/12/2025 the ******* at *****-E Cheese sent me a check with the right name. Waited for the check to clear before I started my small claims law suit here in ********* for the rest of monies that is owed to me me for my expenses.Review fromEdward E

1 starWhat a rip off Company this is! My 2020 ***** Blazer is in need of a starter, I had it towed to the dealership where all my service/major work has been done. Everything Breaks refuses to pay for a starter motor from the dealership, they want to send the dealership a part that was found online for less. The communication between Everything Breaks and the dealership is horrible which leaves me in a bad place financially. Now theres an issue with a fuse block and the repair shop says Everything Breaks is not communicating ( they cant wait on hold for one and a half hours) which further puts me out of more money. I think it ironic that I pay monthly for a service that I was told me I could take my vehicle to any repair shop when thats not the case. The time spent on the phone on hold is unreal, I personally spent 1 hour and 40 minutes between customer service and getting to a claims adjuster, (ridiculous for real) I was told someone would call me back here I am 22 hours later, no call from Everything Breaks yet. If I knew when I signed onto this what I know now I would have looked a little further (Ive already done the work and suffering for you, keep looking). Their tactics are not customer friendly and they create confusion by misaligning communication with service departments. Instead of using parts provided by the repair shop, they try to negotiate with random parts found online that provide no guarantee theyll work. Like I said in the beginning, what a rip off Company!C.A. KillingsReview fromGregory C

Were truly sorry to hear youre disappointed, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a claim doesnt go as expected. However, we want to clarify some important details for transparency.
Since your policy began in 2022, **** approved and paid four separate claims on your behalf on 03/16/2023, 09/06/2023, 02/14/2024, and 08/19/2024. Additionally, we reimbursed you for an oil change on 12/13/2024. We are committed to honoring valid claims, and we have a strong track record of doing so, as demonstrated by your claim history.
The most recent claim was denied due to impact damage, which is not covered under your contract. Our service contracts are designed to cover mechanical and electrical failures unfortunately, damage caused by prior collisions or accidents falls outside of that scope, as clearly outlined in the coverage terms.
We genuinely value you as a customer and regret that this experience has led to dissatisfaction. If you'd like to discuss this further or review your contract in more detail, we're happy to help. Please feel free to reach out to us directly.

1 starThis company is horrible to work with. I called this company yesterday to cancel my policy it was like pulling teeth and pretty much would not cancel it telling me to look more into it. I called today and it was almost impossible to get them to cancel it, they gave me such a hard time. I was charged $116.00 for my auto policy and they would not credit anything back because she stated it is posted for the 9th of every month which last month it came out on the 11th. If it was posted for the 9th it would have came out the 9th. Even though I canceled my policy and it was paid for today it is also canceled from this day. So I basically gave them $116.00 for free. I was also charged a cancelation fee which I get for canceling the policy. Make sure you read all the fine print. It sounds good in the beginning but the fine print tells you differently. They state they will pay for all these things if something breaks but in the fine print there is a certain amount they will pay. Example. If something happens to your electrical within the first 30 days you cannot file a claim, then during the 1st 3 months they will pay up to $250.00. After that they will pay up to $750.00. For a 12 month period they will cover $7500. They dont tell you all these things when signing up. They make it sound like things will be replaced or repaired with no limit. If wanting to sign up for these auto, home, electric warrantys please make sure to read the fine print, before agreeing to anything.Everything Breaks

Were sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
You were enrolled in both an Auto and Home protection plan with us. The coverage limits you referenced pertain specifically to the Home policy and are known as Limits of Liabilitya standard feature across all home service contracts. These limits are clearly outlined in the Terms & Conditions provided at the time of enrollment.
Regarding your Auto plan, we can confirm that all payments have consistently processed on the 9th of each month, and we have verifiable receipts to support this. Please note that there is a difference between when a payment is processed and when it is posted by your bank, which may account for the confusion.
As with most service contracts, our Auto policy includes a 30-day and 1,000-mile waiting period to protect against pre-existing conditions, since we are not inspecting the vehicle in person. This is an industry-standard safeguard.
Importantly, every policy includes a 30-day review period during which customers are encouraged to read the full Terms & Conditions. If for any reason a customer decides the plan isnt right for them, the down payment is fully refundable within that first 30 days. After this period, payments are non-refundable, and a cancellation fee appliesagain, this is standard practice across the industry.
We can confirm that both of your policies have been successfully cancelled. If you have any additional questions or would like further clarification, our team is happy to help.

Were sorry to hear you feel this way. However, after reviewing your file, wed like to clarify that youve been a valued customer for over two years, and your recent claim is actively being processed.
We received the invoice from the repair facility just 24 hours ago, and your claim is already in line for paymentwell within industry standards. Were committed to honoring all valid claims as quickly as possible, and in this case, were processing it within one business day of receiving the required documentation.
We take pride in providing reliable service and transparent communication, and we believe this situation reflects our dedication to doing just that. If you have any additional concerns, our support team would be happy to assist you directly.
