    Im not sure where to start this has been by far the worst car buying experience ever. ***,****,***** were the 3 guys that me and my wife dealt with and are still deal with. We initially wanted to purchase a range rover after putting 10k down **** mentioned the car needed work done to it for it to be drivable, for 3 weeks he put us in a loaner car. Finally we told them we wanted a refund and wanted to take our buisness else where due to the fact they werent able to fix the car during this 3 weeks there were 0 updates we had to continuously reach out asking when the car would be done *** the sales guy never knows whats going in seems like he kept in the ********* forward after making it clear we wanted our money back they show us more cars we end up settling for a *** 550 the car almot 1k over advertised, there was a front head light out, the car was mis firing, and the brake after an hour or 2 of driving started to squeak like crazy. Since then they offer the replace spark plugs and coil pack, and head light.We drop the car off for 2 weeks the claim to fix the mis fire but the did not the basically put a bandaid on the car because it still misfire just slightly less and we are still awaiting a head lamp *** will tell me its here one day and then come up with some story about it been delayed.They say that they do 120 point inspection, that is complete ****.This process has been absolutely horrible weve had to make over 6 trip to the dealership. Weve had the car for only a month ive had to get quotes from other shop to fix the things on the car and will ultimately have to put another 5-6k into the car to get some of the main components working right.I understand we didnt walk in with best credit but that doesnt mean take advantage of us were hard working ppl and it feels like weve been robbed for 10k and now we have a note on a car that at the moment isnt reliable. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!

    I drove over 5 hours because when I called with questions they treated me with kindness even before they knew I was interested in purchasing a car. After I told them what car I was interested, what I would like my rates to be they listened and took care of me everystep of the way. When I arrived not only did they show me the car I wanted to see but allowed me to take a look at other's with even more features for similar cost answered all questions I had. Even after the sale I contacted him very late after midnight and he immediately called me and took care is the situation would strongly recommend Moda Cars from the owner to the finance guy I got nothing but patience, kindness, and treated like a great customer thanks for everything very happy with my vehicle!

    I purchased a beautiful 2016 Black Audi A7 Prestige from Moda Cars in early January 2023 and had such a wonderful experience! I worked with the owner **** directly and have nothing but amazing things to say about the exchange. **** was not only was very friendly, but provided me ALL the details and background history of the vehicle to ensure I was making a very good purchase and that there were no surprises. I know from purchasing vehicles in the past, that not all salesman have the level of patience it takes to secure a sale, that's not ****. **** knew I was considering other vehicles besides the Audi and allowed me to take my time to do all the homework I needed to do with zero pressure on me, which I really appreciated. If you are looking to a fantastic vehicle that has clean history records and would like to purchase that from an honest company who has a ton of positive reviews, look no further than Moda Cars. I will 10% return to **** next time I want to purchase a vehicle! Thanks again, ****!
