Good Morning , I am trying to reach out to a supervisor or person in charge of a situation that we are going thru with you company Moda Cars Address -*********************** Unit E ******. ** .I purchased a Vehicle last week and ended up that on the 3rd day of her having it the motor when out the car stop working completely, At the time the sale man told me I had 5 day's if anything happened to car I can return it and this happen the 3rd day the purchase the sale man was advice of the situation and told us he would send tow to pick up the car, I paid ***** down payment which at this point need to returned because we don't have a car and the one we were going to purchase was not a working vehicle I need to settle this asap. I need answers of when I can go pick up the ***** that were giving as a down payment. One I don't have a Vehicle and 2nd This my money I will understand to keep the down payment if I have a vehicle, But I don't and I don't want to get anything with your company anymore so I the most decent and fair way I want my down payment back and the vehicle purchased was a black Camaro that at this point you guys should now about it .I need answers to this situation ASAP.
