      Ordered off the Wingstop website. Once I got my order It was completely wrong. Gave me an 8 piece dry rub flavor, some fries, and a ranch cup. I've been trying to reach out to the store by calling, but they won't pick up.       On May 6th, 2023, I placed an order with Wingstop on Central Ave. ******, ****, to be DoorDashed. Upon receiving my food, I realized that part of my order was missing. I immediately called Wingstop and talked to the manager at the time and she said I would have to call DoorDash for a refund. I asked the manager if they could just deliver the missing food and she said No and to call DoorDash for a refund. I called DoorDash and they called Wingstop on the phone and they said that they could just refund the money for the missing food and that the refund would be on my card within 5 to 7 business days. I have called at least once a week since this incident happened and they keep telling me that they are going to expedite the matter to the higher *** and I still have not received my refund.

      I made an online order for pick up, but due to my location the order was placed in the wrong area I call the location and explained situation along with a request to cancel the order and refund. Ever since they keep telling me to call back and speak to a manager but a manager is never there and my friend (who card was used for the order) has not received a refund finally spoke to an employee named ******* on 6/5 who stated she escalated issue and later stated that a refund would be sent back to the card in ****, already past 7 days and my friends bank has so pending amount or anything. Tried calling location again but still no help, no answers, no manager or supervisor to help ******* contacted me towards the evening to state refund would be sent since she escalated.

      On June 9th we walked into the establishment at 11:08 and they claimed they were closed when the operating hours were until midnight. This establishment has a habit of misleading clients not only into operating hours but also does not have a process to submit any complaints to leadership. They lied and said there was no GM for that location and claimed to have provided me the owners number when in reality it was a non working number.

      Every visit I order the same thing at least 5 to 6 times a month! Spicy lemon pepper on flat well done! And almost every visit its not right! Staff will not answer phone at night! Day shift usually is kind and will replace my order, but this is an ongoing problem that I am so tired of doubling back.

      We ordered our food online 5/27/2023 and went to pick up and was told their register was broken and orders could not be filled. We provided our phone number and proof of charge and told our refund would happen the next day. It didnt so I called and was told the district manager would reach out and refund. She reached out to apologize but has not refunded our $31:07 even after I emailed proof of the charge to her. I then called corporate office to ask for refund and my info was taken but again no response and no refund. The manager Ive emailed is *********willman2021willman. Ive literally reached out by phone, email and in person 8 times to no avail. I ordered on the website and the proof comes back as ubereats however it was not ordered ********* Uber and was on direct website.

      Id like to add UBER Eats to the complaint.  Wing stop apparently uses that service when placing online orders and Im getting the run around from not companies blaming each other and neither wants to refund my $31.07. Uber eats said you have to request refund within 48 hours. Order placed 5/27 and debit charged 5/30.

      Attempted to make purchase via company online on 04/06/23 at 7:33pm via company website. Was told twice unable to process order. Out of frustration decided to purchase food elsewhere. On the night when purchase was attempted I never received confirmation email, text message, and or phone call. The following day on 04/07/23 I received confirmation email sent at 12:50 am informing me that the order would be ready in ***** minutes, only problem is that the store closes at 12:00am and I did not see confirmation email until 9:30 am on 04/07/23. Clearly there was something wrong with their online system. My credit card was charged $50.24 the intended purchase amount for good and services not received. I have attempted 3 times to speak with manager. First 2 attempts no reply, 3rd attempt spoke with *****, who said he was manager. I explained to him the aforementioned circumstances and he asked me to send confirmation email that contained the 12:50 am time stamp. ***** the manager acknowledged he received my text message by giving me a thumbs up, but never heard from him again. I want the false charge reversed from credit card.

      On May 25th 2023 I placed an order for 400 wings for a pick up on may27th by noon. Our son graduation party started at 3pm, I went to pick up the wings, fries, and veggies but no they couldnt find an order. They did contact the General manger who found the order and asked if I wanted a refund . I stated no that they was obligated to complete the order and an extra wings. Unfortunately the order was not complete for each 100 wings you get 4 fries and 4 veggies. I received 1 veggies, 4 fries or 300 wings. I sent a complaint they sent me a $5.00 gift card. My issue is I received an incomplete order that was paid in full and we didnt receive the order until 4:30pm. Our son party was over at 6pm and on top of that we ordered pizza from ****** that was ready but about time we received our order and prayed over our food the pizza was cold. I wasnt able to spend time with our guest because I had to drive 45 minutes to get the wings that was ordered days ahead liked the asked. I would like sum type of refund and not a $5.00 gift card. That wouldnt cover the fries or veggies that was missing. Thank you!

      They let their employees get sexually harassed by shift-leads and when complaints are made they do nothing about it. I am currently waiting to get paid I had requested direct deposit they said it would be too hard so they insisted I get a pay card they claimed my pay card was in the safe when I asked to get it they could not find it and later mentioned someone had been stealing money from the safe I asked what I could do to get my money since it was clear it had been stolen they said Id have to say I lost the card to save everybody from a headache or wait another 2 weeks to get direct deposit I asked who I could speak to so I could get paid as soon as possible since I live off my paycheck and the lady I spoke to was very rude saying the only way is to activate a different rapid pay card so I asked for the number to HR they refused at first then gave me the wrong number so me being desperate for the money I earned I went to activate the card and it was not allowing me I told my manager and she asked the lady from corporate what I could do to get it as soon as possible the lady from corporate was very rude once again saying shes not going to go back in forth about it that I would have to wait to get paid

      I placed an order at the wingstop on ***** Blondo in *****. I cancelled the order within 2 minutes of placing it because it was going to take to long to prepare my order. ***** minutes. I was told I would have a refund within 7 days. The order was placed on May 1. I went into the business to get a refund about 1 week ago. Was told it would be processed. It's now May 23. Still no refund. What kind of business is this? Order #***************** amount owed is $26.99. The manager was called and I was assured the credit would be taken care of. Apparently, you don't care about repeat customers.
