      Dear Wingstop Corporate office I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your ********************** location (#****) on July 29, 2025. I placed an online order specifically requesting my wings to be crispy with extra seasoning. However, upon receiving my order, I found that the wings were soggy/greasy wings and did not meet my expectations.After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the store to resolve this issue, I decided to visit in person. To my dismay, rather than providing me with fresh wings and discarding the original order, the staff took my soggy/greasy wings to the back, refried them, and added extra seasoning. I expressed my concern about receiving food that had been sitting out for hours and was then recooked, as I believe this poses serious food safety risks.Unfortunately, the cashier proceeded to mix the refried wings with other cooked lemon pepper wings and served them to me. This practice raises significant concerns regarding food contamination, and I made it clear that I would be reaching out to the proper authorities regarding this matter.I hope that Wingstop takes this complaint seriously and addresses the practices at this location to ensure that food safety and customer satisfaction are prioritized. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this troubling experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      PART I:*******, ** LOCATION: JULY *********** my order on the Wingstop app at 11:39, got there early i'd say maybe 12 45. Black guy with plats, dreads idk he said he didnt see my order, my response was i did it and showed him my confirmation from the app. I stated its for a 130 pickup. Ok cool. He goes in the back and get DJ the so called VP and showed him and stated to him the SAME THING. And that employee said her name is *******, 1 30 pickup. So yes he did have an attitude and yes he was calm with it, I was not. THE **** THAT YOU DENIED ME MY FOOD BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A ***** EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS CRAZY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SHOWED YOU ON THE *** THE CONFIRMATION. He stated, I just told you, everybody gets that, you have to have the email if not it'll be refunded we dont have it. Then calls me around maybe 12:59 I got the order...I stated B* I know you do because I placed it and showed it to you! You aint gotta do allat-his response. Yes I do, because I sat there and told you for 10+ mins going back and forth with you and proved to you I have an order. Well do you want your food or not. Yes B* I want my food. It doesn't matter if I told you, next door neighbor whomever, it was TOLD TO YOU THAT IT WAS PICKUP AT 1 30. The proper way wouldve been lets wait until 1pm and see if we get it. But nah, you denying me my food after i paid for yet, yeah Im hot. ****** I paid a $1 dont deny me my food after I showed you proof.

      All the wings have a weird chemical taste. It's like the grease hasn't been changed or dish soap was spilled in it. The staff is rude and it feels dirty in there

      I would give 0 stars for the location in *********** ********************************************* Always messing up orders that I placed online. I havent eaten there since we saw a ***** near the table we were seated. And today I made the mistake to not change the address and placed my order at this location, of course they messed up my order. When I called to complain the put me on hold then I ask for the managers name and wasnt provided with one because they stated they cant give out names. The put me on hold again and then hang up leaving me wondering about my order. At the same time my son knowing how mad I was he drove back to get my order right and after I told them what was I missing on my order, they gave my son a whole different order. Waisted my time, money and patience with this people and is not like I spent $5, it was a good amount to not only have my order right but to get a food customer service which I am disgusted of. Never ever again will go back to that location in my life even its the closest to my house. They have gotten worst every time since they opened that location. Very disappointing.

      ******** customer service . I spent over $40 in delivery orders for my food to be sat on my porch without notice. When I called the store the manager told me to contact doordash though no food was ordered through doordash.

      Absolute horrible every time I order delivery. It has been a while and i forgot how bad this is so I ordered today at my job with some *********** Half the items in the order did not arrive. I contacted doordash and they cant do anything cause they just deliver the whatever the restaurant hands them in a sealed bag. The half of the order that did arrive was someone else's order. We ordered 6 total orders of tenders (along with other items) and 5 of those arrived with no other items and only 2 of the orders were the correct flavors. And on top of that there is no way to contact the store or company at all. They provide a phone number for the store and i called 15 times but doesnt even ring and the message that comes on right away says "unfortunately there is no one to pick up the call, please press 1 to try again" and if u keep trying it just repeats the same message over and over again. Horrible experience and I will never order delivery again. Save urself the headache and the time u will waste dealing with this company. Plenty of other fast food places that do not mess things up

      Wing stop 21st and Yale Tulsa,ok is terrible I called 30 minutes ahead got passed around to 4 different ppl and when I got there to pay no one could find my order just alfull

      I need my money back. Order from this location through **** eats. 20 piece and 3 ten pieces. The 10 piece Cajun was nowhere near *****. Half the wings were sauced with some oily red substance, but it wasnt Cajun. And the other half unsauced. They were cold and had a weird spoiled smell to them. The three ten pieces were shoved into a small container and each one was missing a wing. The 10 piece boneless was half sauce more or less than any in the 10 piece classic. Were all naked and was supposed to be the new flavor and honey hot, and the other 10 piece was ********* and the new flavor all were completely naked no sauce and smelled weird. I called the store multiple times. The phone goes straight to voicemail. I have photos if you need to see them because I definitely couldnt eat that mess. I need to find out how to get my money back. I ordered through **** eats because my car is down so I couldnt drive up there myself
