      I ordered 5 meals from wingstop in ********** **. I live abt 45 mins away but a friend was in ********** that day so we ordered 5 meals from wingstop however when our friend arrived at our house there were only 4 meals. I called the restaurant & the manager admitted only 4 meals were put in the bag. I requested a refund however I was told that they would call me in 5-7 days to let me know if they would give me a refund even though they admitted they didnt provide me with the 5 meals I ordered. This is absolutely unacceptable

      I ordered food from this establishment and placed delivery through the WingStop app. I only received half my order. No fries or order of cheese sauce. I spoke to an individual that went by ****** who told me ********* was the manager who would be issuing the refund for my order the following day. I have attempted to follow up on the refund and have not been able to get in contact or received a refund.

      Location: Wingstop (*************************)Date of incident: 4-7-25 @5:49 pm Order number:20027 On Monday April 7, 2025, I ordered food from Wingstop. While eating my order, I bit into a sharp piece of metal that was embedded in one of the chicken wings. This was not only extremely disturbing but also posed a serious risk to my health and safety. I fortunately avoided serious injury, but the experience was traumatic and completely unacceptable.I contacted the restaurant directly to report the issue, but they have yet to contact me or try to offer any solutions to this issue. Given the seriousness of this food safety concern, I am filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure proper accountability.I would like the company to investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate safety measures, and offer a resolution that reflects the severity of the situation.

      I ordered food on 4-22, my order consisted of flavorfest with an additional order of fried corn. Once I got home and checked my order, I was missing six tenders and the order of fried corn. The team member did not believe me when I told him that the order of chicken tenders was missing but and stated that because his team members told him that they put the order in my bag, theres nothing he can do about that other than make me a 5 piece boneless wing for the inconvenience. Unacceptable. You believe your team members who put part of my order in someone elses order and go with their word??? I wanted the tenders I paid for not a five piece boneless wing. ********** poor customer service. I confirmed to you twice that there are no tenders with honesty but you chose to believe your unorganized team members. Get customers orders right before you try and take your team members word and assume the customer is wrong. The worst part about this whole issue is that I was informed that the manager of this location (*****, **) was the one who gave the employee orders on what to tell me. Looks like the manager needs to work more on her work ethics than give her employees incorrect orders when it comes to customer handling.

      I placed my food order online, showed up at the restaurant as required. I waited 32 minutes only to be told that they could not find my order. I was told to wait for another hour and half to see if the manager would show up for work and search for my order online. When I informed them that I had to get back to work since I had already lost money just sitting at their restaurant waiting for food that would never come. I was sent away without my food or a refund. They are not answering their phone calls either and their corporate office is not resolving it.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Order from Wingstop Fort ****** - Order #********** Dear Wingstop Fort ****** Management,I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed that I received yesterday. My order number is **********. The email confirmation indicated an estimated delivery time of ***** minutes.Upon receiving my order, I found a significant discrepancy with what I had ordered. While the email details indicate "1x Seasoned Fries" and "1x Regular Amount of Seasoning," I actually received three separate orders of fries. Furthermore, the "1x Hot Honey Crispy Tender Box" with "3x Hot Honey Rub Tenders" and "1x Hot Honey Rub Seasoning" that I ordered was entirely missing from my *********** I did not receive the chicken tenders I ordered and instead received an incorrect quantity of fries, I am requesting a full refund for the entire order amount of $22.82.I have been a customer in the past and have generally been satisfied with your service.       My son (16 years old) began working at the Wingstop, ************, ** location on 3/6/2025. As of today, he has still not received any pay. For the first month he was told to document his hours on his phones notes application to track them as they were having issues with their new onboarding system or process. My son has asked his manager consistently about when he will get paid and its consistently been told to him that it will be the next pay check. When he has asked for their direct managers number in attempts to escalate the issue, he was advised by the managers that they dont have their direct managers contact but they simply use a chat app. As time continued he then opened a case with HR on the issue in an attempt to escalate his pay, as it shouldnt take nearly 2 months to be paid. He called HR back after a few days and no resolution was provided but he was told it would be escalated. He has yet to hear anything back on this case. My son followed up with his manager today asking when they are supposed to get paid (seems like this would be day 1 type discussions) and he was advised it will be Monday. My son then asked his manager how she put those hours in that he was told to just keep track of on his notes app in which he was told to never question her and that he will get paid. As a parent of a working minor, Im highly concerned that he has not been paid in 43 days as of writing this. If he does get paid on Monday, then it will be 46 days. It also concerns me that theres no source of truth for his true worked hours since he wasnt able to clock in properly in the system when he started.

      I ordered something worth ***** dollars (receipt in the picture) and i received not what i ordered and i picked it up and noticed until i got home and i couldnt waste more time going back to order again or have it be made again. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

      I never received the food, delivery time kept changing then order was canceled.
