  Thank you ***** for my Dream Big Be Brave necklace to commemorate my 1st REI deal. My goal is to have my 5th deal in the books by ***** Live ****. I'm patiently waiting to work with one of my favorite ***** ladies as her PML. Thank you ***** & ***** Admin for all your support & guidence.

  I took the ***** Masterclass in June 2022 and at the end applied for a $20K loan that will cost $30K when it's paid back. In the "interview" with a ***** rep, to see if I was a good fit, I asked several times if any money, other than the cost of the mentorship and the cost of ********** was required to make that loan money back. I was told no but when I started participating in the mentorship classes, the ongoing theme was that I'd have to spend close to $5K in marketing to realistically get a deal, which included a whole lot of gas driving to properties, which equates to spending money or paying a company to make cold calls for me, and buying lists and buying business cards, and creating a website, which all costs a lot of money, per month, that I did not have. Someone was supposed to contact me from WREINs legal department (******** Advisors) within a couple of days to get my business set up and it took about 2 weeks to hear anything from them. I didnt get set up with that until August. I would have never joined if I had been given the whole truth of how much it costs to make money with this program. I got a pit in my stomach watching what money I had disappear with no way of recovering it. I had to borrow money to stay in my apartment and eventually had to move and I'm financially broken because of this. I'm physically ill because of the debt incurred from joining *****. I want a refund and I am at a huge loss, finding myself in a worse state than before joining *****. Several of the classes were cancelled because several of the teachers had things come up. ***** preys on the poor and uses God as a dangling carrot to those of ** that actually love God and live by the Bible.

  *****'s goal is for our clients to experience success in Real Estate Investing. We do not make a specific recommendation around how much money should be spent in marketing. Our mentorship program students spend around $300 per month, and we do say the most people spend is $500 per month. Many students achieve success without spending any money around marketing. This student joined our year-long mentorship program in July 2022 and requested a refund 11 months later. Unfortunately that is beyond the window of time allowed for refunds.

  People it pays to do your research and look at reviews !!! I was very impressed initially with the program and then as they pull you in for this great program thats when you move along to a mentorship were your hit with $20,000 to continue, thats a lot of money for some people really for many of **. It would just be nice if they stated that upfront I wouldnt of wasted the $150 because I dont have that kind of money but they are happy to get you a loan to pay them $20,000 and in reality that money is gone and so now youre in more debt. This is very disheartening, but I know God has a plan for me. I believe its a great concept if you have that kind of money to spend but I dont. Good luck and God bless to those that can. Im sure youll do great things.

  This "company" (I use that word lightly) is more deplorable than a pyramid scheme. She has money because she scams people into thinking she will teach them, her money xomes from suckers that buy into the class. This isn't a legitimate course. Please be wise and invest in your real estate investment education through other legitimate avenues. Also, know she is PAYING for BBB reviews to be taken down and complaints against her to be closed!

We want to assure you that the training we offer is 100% legitimate and we have seen incredible success from ladies who have applied our training to their real estate investing deals. We noticed that you joined our 8-day MasterClass that began on April 30th and were also a member of the *************** In this group, registrants could view the live training sessions as well as the recordings and receive any  updates provided throughout the event.
  
  The initial email you are referencing was sent to all contacts that registered for a previous MasterClass. Because you have taken a previous MasterClass, youre invited to join again but the training will no longer be offered to you at the discounted price of $17. Due to the high demand for the MasterClass along with multiple upgrades weve included, we are limiting the number of returning registrants in order to maintain our promise of serving as many women as possible. This is not in any way a form of discrimination as we want to share our specialized knowledge with as many women as we can, to help them gain financial freedom. 
  
  In the email you received explaining why we had to limit registration, you were also informed that a refund would be processed for the second training you attempted registration. This refund has been processed and should reflect back on your account within **** business days.
  
  It is important to note that a business can not submit a request to have a review removed. Reviews are only removed if the customer feels that their complaint has been satisfied.   I was very impressed with the initial programming (Masterclass), but once I joined I was less than thrilled.
  
  Most of the training repeats what was learned in the initial training. I also wasn't thrilled with the coaching calls. I was under the impression that they would be smaller groups. They ended up being much larger groups and felt like a lot of repetitive information.
  
  You don't get many answers from the ************** and you need to message the *****.
  
  The annual meeting ended up being an advertisement for the Inner Circle which was a significant charge to upgrade.
  
  They also recommended ******** for the entities and now I'm stuck with a bunch of entities that haven't brought in any income. Everything is an additional charge.
  
  I'm in for over $30k without seeing any income.
  
  I believe the intentions of ***** are good but it's gotten so large that some people get lost in the system.
  
  My recommendation is to do the short training they offer for <$20 and then go to ******* and watch other trainings that are free.
  
  You can find women that are willing to help you with REI without spending this kind of money.

  I took my first master class March 2022. In 9 months we are already invested in 3 properties & close to #4! It has helped me completely redirection my life to become financially independent without having to rely on a corporate job that ran me to exhaustion! Besides, the knowledge that can change your financial future, the emotional and moral support in a network full of women is just absolutely amazing and is the key to why this work so well!
