  Run for the hills. This $20k program is a danger to any individual who comes in knowing nothing about real estate and relies on ***** to teach them everything they need to know before jumping into financial and legally binding contracts that have the potential to up end one's life. The "trainings" are elementary level and do NOT cover all the bases that one needs to be educated on, most especially when it comes to lending and borrowing. After having multiple calls with the "leadership" team to discuss deals I leant on for fix and flips, I was gaslighted and told I chose "bad deals". Zero accountability on their end for poor training. When I told this "leader" we were never taught to do a background check on the borrower, I was told "There is no need for that. I've never done that and look at how successful I am." When I then pointed out that we were never taught to collateralize the deal (as I have since learned is necessary), I was told that isn't needed either. My partners and I have leant over $1.1M to fix and flippers across three deals. In all three, we ended up with the house instead of our money back due to the borrowers defaulting and running out of funds to continue paying interest on their loan. The extreme stress, headaches and additional funds wasted could have been avoided if better training was provided. In good conscious, I cannot recommend ***** to anyone. Save your money and sanity! If they truly care about their students and stand behind what they offer, they would refund my $20k. Instead, they called me multiple times to ask if I would pay another $20k for year two!!!

  ****** has been wonderful to work with. She has given me so much to think about and helped me to be more aware of my mindset. I easily get discouraged and ****** has provided resources to improve that. I am forever grateful!

  I signed up for the GET YOUR FIRST DEAL, for the $2997 on 12/10/23. The program was suppose to begin on 1/8/24. I had a call with one individual who informed me that I would receive a call from a specialist and have access on 1/8/24. To date, I have not started, everyone that I spoke to stated that ******* the manager would contact me. I spoke to both ******************* and the other ****************** and *****. People make sacrifices to invest in their future. ***************** once I signed up and receive my first call, I was asked if I was interested upgrading for an additional ****, so basically the program will probably end up costing more. In fact I received many calls from **** about the upgrade, she was very consistent, but when reaching out regarding my start date and access to the 6 month classes, (crickets) someone will reach out. I need to hear from someone by the end of this week or I want a refund. I love this program and have attended the master classes, This seemed to be a great group of women to network. I spent what I could afford and expect to see results. I don't want constant calls being asked if I want to upgrade because I will need this and that in order to be successful.the follow up is not professional at all. Again I signed up on 12/10/23 and have not received a call to get started

  This is a wonderful program full of amazing ladies that I wish I had more time with, however I do have some warnings that I wish I had known of before I joined. 1. I cannot recommend the program with a clear conscience to anyone who has to take out a loan to participate. The mentorship fee is just the beginning of many other expenses in order to get your business going and if you cant afford the mentorship, then everything else needed to run your business will present a continuing financial challenge.2. Having some familiarity with social media is helpful in order to make needed connections in the mentorship. If you highly dislike social media, then you may want to think twice about joining. 3. Consider your schedule. The live meetings are much needed in addition to the training materials. If you are unable to attend, then you will be limited to recordings and unable to ask the coaches questions. I found this to be disheartening. 4. Some states prohibit working with foreclosures, with the threat of jail time for ignoring the law, and my state is one of them. Helping people in foreclosure was on the top of my list when I joined, so I was shocked to find out I was forbidden to help these folks after I had paid for the mentorship. Some forewarning on that point would have been very helpful. Those are the main points I wish I had known of before I joined. I have been paying on the mentorship debt for 14 months now and have 15 more months of payments until it is paid in full and I can move on.

  I just went through the Masterclass this week. I recently heard of the Women's Real Estate Investors Network. I really appreciated all the reminders they sent to me once I enrolled as I can forget when things are. I truly appreciated the executive communication by text and email for all the classes. They were very thorough and professional. The specialized knowledge was amazing. I realized money is never the issue as I can invest through other people's money once I connect with private lenders and learn how to invest properly. I have been very inspired that this company has what it takes to train me in real estate investing. I currently have put down a down deposit to hold my spot for the $19,500 this week and am getting my investment ready to pay for. I truly am excited for the upcoming future with this network. My only concern is that I know there are women out there who have the drive and determination but some of them can't get credit cards for one reason or another or even borrow the money to get into the mentorship because they are maxed out in debt due to medical bills or other such situations. It would be great if a business ***** list was provided for women who want to get started in real estate investing or if a payment plan was offered. I know there are business *****s out there but we have to dig for them. I know companies have their reasons for why they do what they do and I totally get that. I understand about having skin in the game, but sometimes women give so much skin in the game, that there isn't anything left for them. I'm speaking up only for the women who have the drive and determination but can't get the 20K immediately. I just have a great feeling about this company and I would love to see women know where to turn to find business *****s to make that happen for women who can take action. Although, I know where there is a will, there is a way. So, anyone who is looking for funding - prayers to you for wisdom to find it. You can do this!

  I would like to give a huge shout out to my coach ****************************. He is amazing. I started my wholesaling journey 4 months ago with a I will succeed" attitude and after speaking with **** it quickly changed to "I have ALREADY succeeded. He taught me two things. One being if you believe it then it's yours. And two if you want to make money then you have to HELP people make money. Because of him I have been able to stay positive and land my first deal. Again he is AMAZING!!!

  I happened to sign up for one of their workshop to learn more about it, but as soon as they got my contact information, they would not stop calling and emailing. I kept blocking numbers, but they would try to call from a different line. Its non stop harassment every day, at least three times a day.

  We encourage students to research and do their due diligence as each state varies in their policies and rules around real estate investing. As states can change this frequently, students are encouraged to research this prior to joining. We offer 12 coaching calls a week, with times at 11am, 12pm, 3pm 6pm and 7pm CST. While savviness with social media is not mandatory, there are many networking opportunities via social media. Platforms such as ******** are easy to use and we find that the majority of our students are able to navigate our platforms easily. We never want students to take on burdensome debt to pay for our program and strongly encourage all potential students to review their financial obligations prior to committing to the program.

  I have been a part of this amazing Womens Real Estate Investment Network since May *****. One piece that has been particularly helpful is the mindset coaching. Coach ****** helps me to overcome limiting beliefs, aligning my desired outcome with my vision, mission and connect my thoughts to positive feelings, which helps me take action for success. She helped me to visualize clearly what my life would look like as a real estate investor so that I can take action each do to achieve my goals. I appreciate our conversations as she is encouraging and helps me see things from a different perspective.   I want to commend my ***** Legacy Investors Mindset coach, *********************** for all of her insight & providing tools for me "to be the me God created me to be!" To love me as He does, to embrace & engage the gifts He's given me. I knew mindset was important prior to *****'s coaching; however, I didn't realize as positive, encouraging & uplifting I am to others, just how much I was holding myself back with my mindset about myself.   I just want to say how INCREDIBLE **** is. Hes the best coach I couldve asked for. Exactly what I need at the right time. Ive literally seen things change for me nearly instantly after him help me tweak a few pesky mindset issues. Hes so open and kind and funny and truly gifted at what he does. I definitely want to learn more from him and ask that ***** allow that!
