Written by REMOVEDon 11/22/23 Date of Transaction: Nov. 20, 2023 REMOVEDof Money Taken From My Account: I signed up for a 7 day free trial. They required a credit card. I provided them with the information for the email I was having trouble receiving mail from my Non-profit: REMOVEDCom.They immediately took $129.00 out of my checking account. I just decided to look at my bank account on the advice of a business consultant after I told him this was a 7 day free trial. This business, which had a recommendation from REMOVEDin the thread I joined to learn a way to fix my gmail break, suggested MxToolbox. Their promise was to not only assess the routing problems and fix them, they also said they would act as a policing agent in the future to circumvent future problems. The nature of the dispute is that they began to send me nearly unintelligible coding speak with massive confusion as to what I was to do to enable them to collect the data they needed to assess the situation. Then they said I had to wait until Nov. 27th for a walkthrough where they would answer all my questions. I have since deleted them from access to my email account and I will now delete that gmail address so that I can apply for another gmail account and set it up properly before I launch my first course.I have not contacted the company to tell them that I am doing all this harm reduction and filing a complaint against them. As soon as I file this with you, I will be contacting them and letting them know that I want a refund.Account #: REMOVEDAcct. #: REMOVEDMy email is: REMOVEDMy phone # is: REMOVEDMy Address is: REMOVEDThank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello and thank you for filing the complaint with MxToolbox on my behalf.  They just returned my $129.00 into my non-profit account today.  You can officially close this case.  I did put a review online warning people of their deceptive advertising of a "free trial."  Thank you so much.
