      I stayed at this hotel while working in ********* from 10/20-10/23. I spent $367.29 for my stay. The front desk staff was rude the entire time. "Breakfast" consisted of an empty coffee pot and a lone box of cereal (no milk). My room was disgusting and obviously I cleaned. The lamp shade was duct taped together, comforter was filled with cigarette *****, and towels were covered in stains. The shower was ice cold every time and the faucet in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. There was constantly screaming and shouting, along with loud music blaring all through the night. Ownership never acknowledged any of this. The outlets didn't work so I couldn't charge anything. When I brought up any issue I was ignored. The owner would walk off and go to another room. I didn't think to take very many pictures, but I'm attaching the few that I took to show my husband.

      I work for a non-profit organization in ** serving Service Members and Veterans. Around 10/21/22 7:40 pm - I made a reservation for a Veteran (female - 22 years old in *******) needing housing. Within 20 minutes of reservation, the Veteran told me they were closer to the other *** property in ******* - I called OYO back to switch to the other ******* property. They told me I had to make a new reservation and that they would send me to their service team to assist me after I paid for the new reservation. There was no "service team" phone number or email. I like to write down to keep trying if it is busy etc. They sent me to their service team, a never-ending circle of recordings. I pushed every "selection," which led me to more recordings. In the end, they told me I could use the chat to address any other concerns. I went to the chat - and clicked "cancel," and a pop-out of a phone number came up - I called the number, and it was a recording - confirming my reservation based on my phone number. It then tells me there is no one there available, they cannot take a message and thank you for calling. It has been extremely frustrating - that it was so easy for them to take my money - but within minutes, I could not change the reservation to the other property (same amount of days). Reservations made with ************. Original hotel *********** Memorial ************************* made a new reservation at *********** **************, which the Veteran used. I made the reservation at 7:40 pm - I called back 15/20 minutes later to switch the reservation to the other property IN *******. I should not be charged for entire reservation (3 nights). It was canceled before 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. It is a never-ending circle of messages and emails. When I went through the chat to cancel the reservation - last night after the other reservation was made and I was not getting anywhere - screenshot. I called the number that popped up was recording thank you.

      The ******* texas location was very rude and unprofessional.
      My daughter got a room there last month as she was there to visit family. She got a room for 2 people. Only 2 were in the room. But the lady at the location yelled and screamed at my daughter calling her a liar and saying get the f*** out of the hotel. I have used oyo rooms when on vacation. Because of this injustice caused by this location I will no longer be using this hotel brand. I never heard back on the report now I get these room officers daily. Do not contact my email again. As that woman is still there in ******* texas no apology offered to my child . No disaplian has been done on that issue. I have notified my friends and family of this disrespect by this company. Not to use them oyo has been banded from our family outings where we rented 10 rooms at a time from this company every 3 months and twice in December. We have all agreed one represents all. .. this is the oyoroom fault. As to no fallow up no apology and no disaplian action on that rude woman. I'm not just dissatisfied I am highly disappointed in a company I have used in other towns. Over the years. Customer service is in high need of a serious make over.

      In seeking shelter protection from Hurricane Ian, I made a reservation at the Oyo Motel in ******, FL with confirmed reservation ************* for 9/27 - 9/29/2022 and reservation ************ for 9/30/2022 with the understanding that if I checked out before 9 am on any of these dates, I would receive a refund for those nights not used per the Reservation telephone number phone ************** and confirmed at the time I checked in at Dundee with the manager, Sam. I am a senior citizen who uses a walker, and live in a mobile home so had to find
      shelter with the immediate threat of the hurricane so I wanted to reserve the nights shoukd my mobile home be damaged. The room was terrible; no chair, one towel & washcloth with no mat to stand in in the bathroom, no hair dryer, and multiple issues with thectv. I was provided an old, wobbly dining room chair, another towel and washcloth, and San came down at least 7-8 times to get the tv to work. On Thursday morning (9/29), the winds of Ian had passed but I was so uncomfortable I loaded my car in the driving rain at 8:20 am and talked with Sam who watched me load the car and affirmed I would get a refund for 9/29 and 9/30 since I checked out prior to 9 am. There was no power due to the hurricane, but Sam promised he would process & get in the system once he was able to do so. The only contact Oyo has available is the reservation phone (321) 594-7924 and Sam at the Dundee location **************.I have multiple texts from the Reservation Number promising a refund, and Sam in Dundee advises he has approved these refunds multiple times. However, no refund has been posted to my ****. If I try to contact Oyo HQ, I get sent to something called******* Consumer that wants to charge me a fee to input the complaint. I am a senior citizen on a limited income who, in seeking shelter from a Hurricane, have been charged for 2 nights I didn't use and, I feel, taken advantage of during a disaster.

      The staff was very disrespectful and plum nasty to my husband who is a black man and I am white the woman's name was Priya and I did not get the man's name that were behind the desk but when we're walking away they were saying very racist remark I do not understand how any established meant can tolerate this Behavior

      On October 1, 2022 I booked a room for the oyo hotel on Plainfield near i-69 i think .But 5 mins later I found out I no longer needed the room and before I called to cancel the reservation I canceled it through the email but it still didn't work so I called and called and called and when I finally reached someone they said it was canceled but I never got the confirmation email so I called back but no answer then the next day I got an email stating I was a no show so I called and asked for a supervisor or manager to get my refund but the man said that they would be there the next day so I waited til the next day (3rd day) to see if I can get my refund because I canceled the reservation but they still took my money the man still said there was no supervisor there and that he will be in the next day. I just want my money back it's been 10 days ND the supervisor never came to work I found that very hard to believe and if I have to take this to court because yall don't want to give me back my 64$ that u stole out of my bank account then I will start the suing process

      I made the reservation through hotels.com for a hotel a family member needed. When he gets there after paying an uber and an hour drive hotel tells him he has to share a room with a strange individual because they are completely booked out and still pay the full price of the hotel room even though he will be sharing it with a complete stranger. This was not stated neither in hotels.com or i have never herd such a thing in my life where the hotel tells me either take this or leave it. And still charge me the full price of a hotel room being shared with another individual. This hotel is OYO 912 E Washington St, Brownsville, TX 78520. Employer who told me i had to share a room was peter.

      I requested a microwave for my room twice. The second time I went to request the window manager was very rude and chose to use vulgar language with me(a paying customer). He cursed me out after making a smart remark towards me. He threatened threatened life and also threw a finger sign at me as I walked out the door. I should not have to request a microwave in a room at a hotel.. this behooves me... I need my money replaced and I also want to warn others about staying at this particular hotel

      On September 19th 2022 I booked a room in San Antonio and in my email verification it says deposit not required but when I get to the hotel they required a deposit. Therefore I had to cancel and when I brought it to the attention of them they didn't care and wouldn't give me a refund.

      I made a reservation online with OYO Hotels to stay at the Hermiston, Oregon location on August 19, 2022. The website charged me $100 for the reservation but failed to provide me with a room when I arrived. I contacted corporate offices for a refund, but they ignored my request. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.
