    April ****** I ordered two tickets to a concert. Tickets are $69.00 but they advertised $101 which I chose. With their fees and taxes I ended up paying $289 for two tickets. They sent me tickets electronically to the wrong event. I contacted them on the 6th and 7th but they could not fix the problem. Even though they didnt send me the correct tickets they refused to refund my money. They told me I had to wait 5 days and they would see what they could do. The event could be sold out by then. They did not provide me with the product I ordered so they should refund my money.

    I was reviewing the tickets and the site glitched out/accidentally purchased tickets and tried to get a refund or resolve but to no avail.

    Agreed to overpay for tickets $225 a ticket and I agreed to but 2 days later my credit card was charged $896 I tried to click on contact from the email but will Not connect. Called their operator and she said all sales are final. This site has all the makings of a scam from all the comments Ive been reading

    TicketsOnSale is a predatory company. They never showed the total cost for me to approve. The actual price was considerable more than the price that they advertised. The tickets were to cost $115 each. Two tickets come to $230. How could I be billed $340? I never would have purchased these tickets if I had been show the actual cost of two tickets. These are deceptive practices.

    On February 9th I made a purchase of tickets. I received my receipt as an email but received no further correspondence from the company on how I would receive my tickets. I made multiple attempts to reach out to customer service I received no response. After over a month of not receiving correspondence I was able to get a customer service reason the phone who offered no help beyond repeatedly offering to resend me the receipt I had already received. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and was denied. I was told the only option was for me to resell my tickets (that were not in my possession) and when I further inquired on how this would be done I was told that I was actually l actually was not able to resell my tickets.

    On March 26, I tried to purchase tickets to a concert of the Buffalo symphony. They told me they could not process the order. So I purchased them directly from the the ****************. 24 hours later they emailed saying the purchase had gone through. This is unacceptable. I contacted company and they would refund my money.

    General Admission tickets were sold at higher price that the venue's general admission amount ($64 vs $30). While I understand I was scammed. The venue then denied entry to any tickets from thrid parties, including Tickets For ********. I contacted Tickets for Sale and they denied a refund or assistance into the matter. I requested a full refund.

    I purchased parking passes for an event but the website did not state prior to the purchase that I would not have immediate access to the parking passes and I ended up having to pay again in person once I arrived because I still did not have access to the tickets that I paid for through this company. I did not have the choice to wait as we were required to arrive 30 minutes prior to show time and parking was limited, the lot was closed after I purchased my ticket because there were no more spaces left. Even if l had waited however much longer for access to the passes (not guaranteed prior to the event beginning) I would have been denied parking and the passes I paid for would have been useless

    These were concert tickets to see Phish at ******************************* July 25 - 27. I thought this was the site ticket ordering platform and they never sent my electronic transfer and they never responded to my messages.

    I went to a theaters website to purchase tickets to a production. When I clicked on buy tickets, I was routed to this website. This is normal at other theaters to get routed to Ticketmaster, so I didnt think anything of it. I noticed the ticket prices were substantiallyhigher due to fees, but thought that may be the way that this theater did business as it was my first time purchasing tickets from this theater. I purchased the tickets two weeks ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email or the tickets. I called the theater to check onthem and discovered that the theater had no record of my purchase. Upon investigation, I discovered that I had been hoodwinked by this particular website. I called the customer service number to try to resolve the issue. I was informed that my tickets would be emailed to me right before the event. This is not acceptable as the event is three hours from where I live. That is too far to drive trusting that a website who fraudulently got my business in the first place is going to deliver on the product. I asked for a refund and was told that they dont do that. Obviously because they trick people into purchasing in the first place. I called my bank to dispute the charges and my bank said that they have 30 days to deliver on their product. Seeing how the event is less than 30 days away, this is not an acceptable solution. I want my tickets delivered to my email immediately or I want a full refund immediately. Anything less than one of these two solutions is unacceptable. I have called the business multiple times and they will NOT help me. This website should be removed from the Internet. Rest assured, when the 30 days is up, I will be filing fraudulent charges against this website. The people running it should be in jail. Having read the numerous other complaints on the BBB, it is clear that this business has been stealing from customers for a very long time and need to be held accountable for their bad business practices.
