12/25/2024 - Ticketsonsale.com - Sold invalid tickets - Show date 5/20/2025 During the purchasing process, the site showed at price of $168.56 for our order and then on the confirmation page, we were charged $528.56. We called the company, and they stated there was nothing they could do and that the price was stated prior to confirmation. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge, but the company was able to win that dispute. My bank will not reopen the dispute under the tickets being invalid because they said their time to do so is past the date. I called back Ticketsonsale and asked to relist the tickets on their site. I was told they couldn't do that because the tickets were already once sold on their site. I was advised to sell the tickets on another platform. Which I did. When my buyer went to utilize the tickets, they scanned invalid and they were denied access. I went back to Ticketsonsale.com and they are saying they are conducting an investigation but will not take any proof from me or send me any documents they have said they are going to send. My buyer has been refunded; I have not been. Tickets were invalid and company is refusing to send me a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets online from this service which were never delivered to my *** account. When I called about the status of the tickets, they said they can see they were delivered and asked for screenshots, but the tickets were not delivered. They asked me to call AXS and AXS had no information on the tickets being delivered. The company wasted my time and took my money and did not in good faith try to resolve the problem.Initial Complaint

Tickets on Sale May 8, 2025 $152.15.While using their website to purchase a ticket it kept having glitches. I had to try several times to get to purchase page. Once there I had my info entered and I was debating on purchasing when it glitches again. At this point I don't want to make the purchase anymore as I'm beyond frustrated, however, the screen returned and it said I purchased the ticket. Upon getting the confirmation email I read "if you have issues with this please contact us". I click the link and nothing happends. I proceed to try the link several times to no avail. I try to go to their website but it isn't staying up so I can find their contact info. I keep trying the email and the website, but nothing. Then after 2 hours I am able to get the # from the website. By this time the purchase is finalized on their end and while I tried to contact them within a few minutes of this all happening I wasn't able to reach them for over 2 hours. I spoke to **************** ********** I explained the entire situation while being very frustrated. He said if I had contacted them before the finalization I could have cancelled but all I can do now is resell the ticket to get my money back. But if their system would have been correctly operational I would have reached them before it finalized. Also, I am not in the business of selling tickets. I feel they set up their system purposely so you cannot contact them until it has finalized and then they say our policy is no refunds. I am so frustrated and angry with them and myself for actually continuing to try to use their website after all the glitches. I can only hope for a refund at this point but I do not want others to be abused by this company. They do not care about customers or service, only about getting your money. I contacted my bank to start a claim with them but I am not sure it will get any further than I did.Initial Complaint

Tickets for sale used deceptive pricing practices. They DO NOT show prices for service fees or a breakdown of how much will be charged. After entering payment details, they did not show charges until it debited my bank account. I then had to ask for a breakdown of charges. They are not upfront in reference to total costs.They have refused to discuss or take ownership for their deceptive practices. They prey on vulnerable consumers.Initial Complaint

Purchased tickets for ***** dollars under tickets on sale and they sent the updated date on the event but the wrong time! Drove 2 hours to get there and we missed the event. I called them the same day and was told Id get an email and never did. Called again and asked to speak to a supervisor of which she checked. she came back to the phone saying she was getting someone on the phone to find out there isnt a supervisor and that she would send an email to one of which she said they didnt have one. They are full of lies and admitted they were wrong but then said for me to reach out to the insurance for a refund!!! Also said they wouldnt give me a refund. I was purchasing tickets to the Black Keys show may 23rd at the **************. Ticketsonsale who sold the tickets listed the price as 2 x $142 then said service charges apply. Moving forward in the ordering process at checkout, I placed my order not seeing a chance to review charges. Once I clicked enter they said the ticket purchase went through and didnt even provide a full bill showing charges. I get notified by my credit card company of a new charge for $420 meaning they charged over $100 in service fees which is excessive and did not disclose those fees during purchase. This I believe iOS cheating customers and I will not do business with them again. Let this serve as a warning to potential customers of this company.Initial Complaint

I was attempting to purchase tickets to *** and wanted to use ****** 4 as the tickets were expensive but when it directed me it didnt do it and charged me the full amount! So I called to cancel the order and I wanted to repurchase with the correct payment plan, but they said no cancellations and refunds. And to top it off no tickets! I ordered/paid for tickets to a concert (Shamrock Tenors, ***********, *******, 4/17/2025) that was cancelled. I contacted TicketsOnSale and they promised a refund several times during the call. The specific language they used was "We will definitely refund you 100% refund once we confirm that the event is cancelled." It did not come. April ****** I ordered two tickets to a concert. Tickets are $69.00 but they advertised $101 which I chose. With their fees and taxes I ended up paying $289 for two tickets. They sent me tickets electronically to the wrong event. I contacted them on the 6th and 7th but they could not fix the problem. Even though they didnt send me the correct tickets they refused to refund my money. They told me I had to wait 5 days and they would see what they could do. The event could be sold out by then. They did not provide me with the product I ordered so they should refund my money.
