    On June 7th, 2023, I purchased two concert tickets and the total price was $670. When I clicked to order them, it brought me to another page saying I agreed to $896.26 for the two tickets. Prior to the purchase, there was NOTHING outlining these outrageous service fees. I contacted them immediately through chat asking for the money to be refunded, as I was never informed of the additional $226, and they refused! This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to rip people off. I wish I read the hundreds of negative reviews before going through this.

    Purchased tickets from a online seller who posed a site similar to the site the official website. Seller offered multiple different price points for different seating options. When the ticket arrived, it had someone else name on it with General Admission only. Nothing to specify seating like advertised on the website.

    We purchased tickets to The Lion King in March of 2020 and the show was rescheduled due to COVID. The show has been rescheduled several times since. The original date was 03/31/2020 then rescheduled for 6/22/2021 and then 09/21/2022 and now 04/25/2023. We paid $328.23 for the tickets and would like some short of confirmation that we will be honored for the tickets. We have tried calling, no answer. We have tried emailing the company and there is no response. We did not know about the Class Action suit until it was too late to file. We are not sure we will ever see the show and just like some sort of confirmation concerning the price of the tickets. If they are not going to honor the tickets I want it in writing. If not, then send the money back.

    Transaction of $2,046.01 made February 25th, 2022 for 4GA tickets to 4 day festival at*********** 2022.
    Got a confirmation email that tickets would be shipped 9/28/2022, never shipped, called and chat with them to keep changing the shipping date saying they are having problems locating our concert tickets. Saying we cannot have a refund if we don't receive them in time (which we won't, they haven't shipped and we leave in 2 days to the event) therefore they committed fraud for charging us without providing the tickets promised, also was told we purchased insurance and have screen shots being told about refunds and then they tell us there is no such thing as a refund in the end after being told we won't receive tickets In time and that they can send us the tickets in the city we are traveling to. asked about possible will call pickup and they say they don't affiliate with the festival box office, therefore we have purchased tickets to an event and will never receive them

    On November 26, 2021 I purchased tickets from ticketsonsale.com for a Broadway show in NYC ********** ****** for December 18, 2021. When we arrived to the theater at show time on 12/18/21, we were told that the show had been cancelled due to Covid. The man standing out in front of the theater said we should have received an email the day before, but we did not. We had driven all the way into the city and paid to park, only to find out there was no show. If that wasn't bad enough, it has now been 8 months and Ticketsonsale.com will not refund me my $569.81. In January of 2022, we read in the paper and heard on the news that *************************** had closed its curtains for good and would not return. I have made numerous calls and the answer is always the same, they are waiting for "official word" that the show has been cancelled. Please help me get my money back, it's not right. My order number is: ********. Thank you.

    I purchased tickets to a concert on November 21, 2021. The concert was held on Friday, August 5. I have the receipt for the purchase in the amount of $502. The tickets were to be delivered electronically. When I checked on the order, I received this message: This event has a delayed release policy for their ticket inventory. The tickets will be released 24 hours before the event, and will be made available to you once the seller has received the tickets. We appreciate your patience with this matter. If you have any other questions, please continue to wait for the next available agent. Otherwise, we hope you have a great time at the show.

    I believed that I would receive the tickets but continued to reach out. I spoke to customer service both in the Live Chat and on the telephone on August 4. They stated that an email had been sent on June 30. They can provide no confirmation that the tickets were sent, delivered, or received other than they say so. I have searched my Yahoo account including inbox, spam, and trash, but an email was never received.

    On August 4, they "reached out to the seller" to transfer the tickets to another email address. The tickets did not transfer, and I did not receive the product that was paid for from my account. I also did not receive emails stating that a transfer had been made from either the seller or the site.
