i purchased wwe tickets in ******* for 550 for my son and I back in July from Ticketsonsale.com. after waiting until the day of the event without receiving an email for my tickets i began to call their customer service. i told them i never got my tickets. i told them that when i tried to click and open the link for the tickets the would never pop up. i tried on my i phone, laptop, i went to Staples to try a random computer but the links would always open to an error page without giving me my tickets. they called me and tried to trouble shoot the links they were sending me. after failing to produce my tickets they refused to give me a refund. i called customer service a million times but only got unprofessional people who would not let me speak to a manager. long story short i have since filed with the BBB and ticketsonsale.com ignored the complaint. i have taken my case to the *** and will not stop until i get my money back. this if flat out ********. fraud. i will pursue any means to get my money back. i have been a fan since i my father took me to wwe events when i was a kid. i wanted to share this experience with my son as he is a HUGE fan of wwe and has a ton of your action figures. this situation has been hurtful to us both. i am asking wwe to assist me with attaining my money back. you are who you do business with and they are committing fraud with your brand. how does ticketsonsale.com stay online with the millions of complaints they get? i paid 550 of my money and got nothing in return. ticketsonsale.com took my money and i have the evidence on video.Initial Complaint

On November 7th, 2023 I was attempting to purchase tickets to the ************************* concert using a pre-sale code for Ticketmaster. I was not having luck so went to what I thought was the Ticket Master direct site but ended up purchasing tickets on the *********************************** site and received an email at 11:44am that the order was being processed. I received subsequent emails with steps to accept the tickets but did not click on any links. When I realized my error I quickly called my bank (TD) at 12:24pm who said the charge was still pending and I needed to call the merchant to have them reverse the payment authorization. I called TFS immediately at 12:48pm to reverse the authorization. They claimed the charge had already gone through and the tickets were non-refundable. I am not looking for a refund but a cancellation of the order and pending charge on my credit card. I started these steps within an hour of the initial order. Note: Amount charged and to be cancelled is $1011.11 USD.Business Response

Purchased tickets, seller made no indication of exchange for different currency, purchased oct 3rd 2023 in the amount of ******. Invoice states 320.78.When I tried to get resolution from the seller they refused to let me speak to a manager/supervisor and then hung up. Call was recorded supposedly. Prices listed in USD without notifying ******** buyers. My bill also reflected USD however my bank was charged exchange rate. If I had known, I wouldnt have bought the tickets. The business is refusing to send me the tickets. The business will not let me resell my tickets on their platform because I live in ******. They are claiming that because I live in ****** I cant sell on their site and have to use a third party site. This is strange as they had these ******** tickets posted. They claim its because of shipping addresses which makes zero sense. They said this was a rare occasion that these tickets were posted so I said post them again then, they said no. They are refusing to send my tickets until the day before the event. They say they dont cancel orders or refund them even though their email message suggest differently (attached)Initial Complaint

On Oct 24 2022 I bought tickets to cirque du solei from tickets online ... the bill came to $481 that was charged to my card by tickets online. I recieved the worst seats even though others were available and feel u was over charged. These seats were going for less than $60 per seat by the vendor which equals $180 ... the fees added by tickets online and charged to my card were over $300 .. this type of transaction should be banned by events as its a blatant ripoff!Business Response

I purchased four tickets to the Nebraska versus Northwestern football game and the website said it was $178 each. I saw no other additional charges that I agreed to, but when I paid for them they charged me $952 for all four tickets $60 extra per ticket). The website says it tells you the additional fees, but these did not appear, and at the time of purchase I was unaware about additional charges.Initial Complaint

Original date of transaction Oct 10 2021, I purchased tickets from this business solely because the venue sites directed me to them. The concert I purchased tickets for was scheduled for Oct 16 2021 Oct 15th 2021 I got an email at the end of the business day saying the show was postponed. Several months go by, I look online, I call, I chat with their customer service agents all telling me the show was postponed they could not refund my money unless it was cancelled. A class action lawsuit is started in Jan 2023 and I'm told I still can't get my refund because the show still shows up as postponed, from 2o21!!And no matter how many times I've contacted this company I cannot get patched through to a supervisor or anyone in charge. It's been 2 years, they charged me $200 for a show they knew wasn't going to happen because oh yeah the band in question answered my messages and stated they were never booked to play in ****** that October, so they were selling tickets to a fake show, essentially just robbing people knowingly and willingly! I have attached my original email receipt and a screenshot of what shows on their website when I inquire about it now. Still says postponed still says my tickets should have been in hand in Oct 2021 but they never sent them bcuz there weren't any tickets to send to their imaginary show.Initial Complaint

Purchased on June 13th tickets to a show in ************ for November 4th. Believed that I was purchasing tickets from the actual center that the show is taking place. Apparently it was for people procure the tickets later. The tickets haven't bee bought yet, as they are unable to tell me the seat assignments, which means they don't have them in hand. We asked for a refund, they asked why, and then continued to say that there were no refunds, that we could re-sell the tickets. (What tickets, I don't have them) They said we should receive the tickets by November 3rd (a day before the event)I asked for a full refund, they continue to say, we don't offer refunds. I asked what our seat assignments were, they can't tell me. I asked when we would receive the tickets to resell them, they can't tell me.My faith in this company is non-existent at this point. On Feb 10th, 2023 @ 8:21pm, I purchased tickets to the ******* concert in ** at the ********************. Order # ********. I have been charged for the tickets and have proof. However, four months ago, I had to close all my emails due to hacking. I reached out to Tickets on Sale and they stated I was burnt. Then after several email's, they said they were working on transferring the tickets to my new email. Never got it, now I don't even get replies. I don't even know where there located. It's unclear. There number is ******************** support email is ************************** All I want is to attend the concert. This was an unfortunate event out of my control. I paid decent money for these tickets and now it would be in the thousands of dollars to replace them. I need help, I am receiving the run around. On June 7th, 2023, I purchased two concert tickets and the total price was $670. When I clicked to order them, it brought me to another page saying I agreed to $896.26 for the two tickets. Prior to the purchase, there was NOTHING outlining these outrageous service fees. I contacted them immediately through chat asking for the money to be refunded, as I was never informed of the additional $226, and they refused! This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to rip people off. I wish I read the hundreds of negative reviews before going through this.
