    "I havent even got it in yet and already experienced this stuff happening my appointment was at1 Pm talked too the lady yesterday they didnt update my information to the wavier and then waiting on hold from 1pm and shop til its 4:09 now keep transferring me had too leave he wasnt going too be able too put in he close at 6 pm wasting time and Engery still on the phone nobody came back 5 person was supposed too be the last person she tell me she not the one handling that lord I go too court on 30th the REMOVEDsaid call at 10 am in morning but he got 8-9 cars too do and wanted me too pay the 360 and get the money back from them I said no glad I didnt or put 40 down on the monthly fee"
