Worst company to get a loan from. Granted I did get behind which is my fault. This company waited until I was out of town and on a weekend to repo my car. Even though they just text me saying they could help with behind payment. Title *** and the tow companies are in together to s**** you and get more money out of you. They need my home address. They could have notified me. Instead they want to make it impossible as they can for you to get back on track. Worst loan company ever! Do not use!!...they work with title *** and are crooks! Hit people when they are out of town and take cars on weekend to charge you more because they know title *** is not open. Thieves is all this company is. I will spread the word! Social media influencer that teaches thousands here and will let everyone know the facts about these crooks!

Completely awful I was parked in an unmarked parking spot and was towed from my own apartment.

My son was involved in an accident recently and just picked up his rent a car. He got back to his apartment complex in *************** after office hours and wasn't able to notify the leasing office. He walked out of his apartment this morning and no rent a car. Apparently, Rapid Recovery came and towed his rent a car late last night or bright and early this morning. Now they want to charge my son $340 for "an illegal tow." My son explained it's not an "illegal tow" as he lives at the complex and explained the situation further. The lady acted as though she was doing my son a favor by knocking down the charge to $140. My son was like you don't understand, I'm not paying a dime, because it was not "an illegal tow". This predatory towing company is SLUM!

I am a 100% disabled veteran with several medical conditions including severe back pain. I have DV tags on my car and had a handicap placard in the front window that had accidentally fallen to the dash board and my Bible had slid over it partially but placard could still be seen. The attendant said he could see the tag but the date was covered up. Nonetheless, this predatory car towing business (who pays employees ONLY ON COMMISSION) towed my car. Nearly $350 later and having someone else drive me across town I finally got my car back. The same towing company stalks the parking lot several times a day so they had definitely seen my placard hanging from the same rear view mirror the previous day as I had used the same spot. When I did go to their lot there were absolutely no appropriations for handicapped. No special parking, no ramps up to the back of the semi they were using for an office, no wheelchair way through the gravel parking lotnothing. As an Army veteran I have learned to put up with hard issues like people or businesses who do not recognize or empathize with us Veterans who are lacking in some way. I even hate having to use handicap parking at times but some days I just need it. We all need to do better when taken care of our disabled veterans and remember to support those businesses that do the same. We are still a force to be recognized.
