This place is a criminal organisation! Theres no other way to describe them. They used blue and red lights to pull me over at 9pm while I was driving on the highway! Of course I pulled over because me and my passenger thought we were being pulled over by the cops. Just to have some lunatic dressed like a beach *** run up to my window yelling at me to give him my keys! Give me your keys!!! Give me you keys!! Im taking your keys! As he started to reach into the car to grab the keys. Then he said, your car is being repossessed Give me your keys!!!If anyone thinks filing a complaint to the ***** ** will get you justice, think again. They seem to be a crooked as this criminal organisation posing as a towing company. They could care less that people are going around acting like police officers. (Which is a class 3 federal offence.). The statute of limitations is three years for suing criminally. Im not sure thats the case for a civil suit so there may be hope. I think contacting the local news stations might also be a good option. None of us should be letting the corrupt police and this criminal organisation posing as a towing company simply get away with this!

This company is a Predatory towing company out of all the cars in my apts they got underneath my car claiming that its an active leak on a fully functioning vehicle. With Updated registration as well as paid parking in my assigned spot for the past 2 weeks. And all of a sudden they spotted an oil leak.somehow from 10:35pm u til 1:30pm the next day while at the tow yard my car did not have a leak only at my apts YEA RIGHT!!! Theyre re a scam and so are the apartments. Everyone cant be an irate customer these ppl are literally picking and choosing what car they want to steal and make up fraudulent claims to try to cover their scam. Texas should be ashamed of giving this company a license to prey upon hard working TAX PAYING TEXANS!!! Im reporting them every where I can I dont care. Mind you they towed my last car claiming that my parking tag wasnt visible and then when I called them out on they lie they let me take my car for Free!! Cause it was an ILLEGAL TOW to begin with AND YALL Are PICKING N CHOOSING WHAT CAR YOU wanna TOW!!! They are full of stuff and just wanna turn a quick dollar shut them down. Unfortunately I know they not thats why Im moving before I pay these scam artist another Red cent.

The people here are not only money grabbing fools but they are terrible human beings. From the second I was towed I chased the driver down and he would not stop. Once I finally caught him and got him to roll his window down he said he would drop it there for $700 cash. He then told me I needed to put in in neutral and straighter the wheels or I would be liable for damages which could not possible be legal. The people here are extremely rude and terrible people who try to scam innocent civilians and mistaken college kids of their money. I would very honestly give them a 0 star if I could.

I would have given 0 stars if I could have. I can't think of any other way to describe these people than money grabbing crooks. Towed my car from my sons apartment complex, in a visitor spot in less than 10 minutes after parking. Plenty of other cars with no parking stickers in spots that were left alone. Charged 300$ to get it out after we beat them to their own lot. I can't believe these people are allowed to be in business.

This company steals cars and sells them without any attempt at contacting the owner. They do not keep any paperwork once the car has been sold or junked which is how you know they are conducting illegal activity. I am a visitor from out of state and my car was parked in a visitor parking spot. Rapid Recovery towed my car ************************************************************** at all. They ended up selling my car at an auction even though the car was already paid off and the title is in my name. This is nothing more than a company of thieves and liars and they need to be sued and shut down. The only way to stop criminals like this from doing it again is by shutting them down.

As others have said, I also wish 0 stars was an option and I do not know how this company has managed to acquire a .5 in addition to the lowest possible option. Rapid Recovery towed my truck from a ***** apartment space (I've noticed other reviews have proper nouns starred out, so I'm not going to bother trying to specify which one) clearly marked on the map given to the resident as a visitor parking space. They also towed my friend's vehicle TWICE from his designated parking space at his complex (also in *****, **). Rapid Recovery is a predatory company and is likely costing complexes quite a bit of money to cover unjustified towing. I don't know how contracts between towing companies and apartment complexes work, but if you are an apartment complex manager, I urge you to seek another option, ANY other option, aside from Rapid Recovery if you do not want to be frequently paying for the unjustified towing of your residents from their marked spaces or visitors from the areas you designate as visitor parking. A quick search revealed Precision Towing and Recovery as an excellent alternative and a local small business, so they could be a place to start.

Really wish 0 stars was an option. They towed my husbands truck and badly damaged the rear bumper and threw off all the sensors as well. While waiting to make a police report we witnessed the tow truck driver bringing a new car to the lot going at least ***** MPH. They clearly do not respect anyone's property. Absolute scum bags.

Absolute scumbags! Charge outrageously high bogus fees for "Storage" and "Impound Fees" in addition to a ridiculously high towing fee (much higher than a real towing company). They are in collusion with apartment complexes to tow vehicles from parking spaces that are not marked, Hmmm....could the apartment complex be getting kickback money from Rapid Recovery? Nice way for the apartment manager to make some extra cash, huh?

Towed my car illegally. Told me that I was going to get charged $317 cash, which is more than the legal amount. Spoke with my complex and them, knowing it wasnt my fault but both too stubborn to pay for the fine, therefore I had to. Rapid recovery discounted the fee, but I shouldnt have had to pay for it at all. The owner is abrasive and rude, I told him I would be adding my father to the phone call and he told me Im not getting into your family drama, if you want to tell your dad about this tell him on your own time. I stated well apparently you are because he owns the car. Was rude to my dad and me then told me to speak with my complex and call him back. I did just that and guess who left for the day when I tried to call back. I spoke with the front desk lady who told me I had 2 hours to come pick up my car and pay the discounted fee or I would have to pay the regular amount + the holding fee for the night. Sounds like a ****** note to me. I went and picked up my car and didnt agree to all the terms she wanted me to sign, and we were going back and forth. Then a man pull out his gun clip and started putting bullets in the gun clip while watching me. I paid the frivolous charge and went to tow court, stated all this to the judge and got my money back. The front desk lady was the one who represented the company in court and kept making snarky remarks after everything I said. She also brought her lil boo thang into court, who does that by the way. A frivolous, scamming, and threatening company.
