    "Someone else used my credit card to pay for monthly service with WP Engine and when I learned about it after the first month I contacted them to assist. They refused to return my money and then as I worked with my credit card company to get this corrected they charged my card a second time because the owner of the account switched to a new card (not my credit card) the day before the payment pulled." ...
