            Five Stone Property Tax is the agent and manager of the property in 561 *********************, *****, ** and they put our name as Landlord Utility Agreement for ************* This means that if the tenant disconnect the utility service they would reconnect in our name. The problem is that we don't own that property and never did. We had prior business with Five Stone and they used our information to setup this landlord agreement. This is unethical behavior and we wanted to report this.

            I contacted Five Stone for tax reduction for 2022, did not receive any reduction and paid for so called service anyway.Did not realize they were automatically going to bill me again for 2023, which I canceled before they could do any work. They still billed for 2023. I feel this was not clearly stated when I signed up for 2022. I feel that they should let people know beforehand if they are going to represent them and give that person the option to go forward or not instead of automatically just moving forward. PID R387885

            Five Stone strives to set proper client expectations, provide an amazing experience and produce the best possible outcome. When one of these does not happen, we own it, learn from it, and grow.

            As stated in our representation agreement, our services are continuous until notified. Clients receive multiple emails prior to the start of the protest season reminding them that Five Stone will be working for them again. If a client cancels after case work has already begun, they may receive a minimal invoice for the work already performed. 

            We have recently spoken with ****** and resolved his issue.
