            On April 2021 I provided law firm full funds $2350 and documentation needed to start an immigration case. Per email I was told that everything was in order and would be reviewed once more and sent out. In the following months I received quality control calls just wanting to check up but they could never give me an update because the attorney was the only one allowed to do that. On April 2022 I started to ask for an attorney to reach out to answer some of my questions and get an update. I never received a call. After asking a couple more times I escalated to the supervisor and still couldnt hear back. Finally received a call and the attorney basically stated my case had been sitting there because they were missing documentation which I turned in and had confirmation I had turned in. They were never going to contact me to let me know. They took my money and werent going to even work on my case.

            The lawyer told us they couldn't help us and because we asked for our money back another lawyer called to say they could and that we would be cancelling and werent *********** our money back...very shady operation!!!
