    We joined Code Galaxy several years ago. My son did well with Code Galaxy and worked hard. He particularly enjoyed saving up his "badges" to earn prizes. We decided at the beginning of the school year that we needed to quit Code Galaxy, as he now has coding classes at his school and we need to save money due to rising prices of everything... starting in the fall, I emailed and texted asking to "cash in" our badges before we canceled our membership--my son had been saving up his badges for the last several months. I heard nothing from Code Galaxy. I called, I emailed, I left messages, I submitted comments, and I heard nothing. I continued to request that fulfill the badges and then cancel our membership. Finally, after months, I heard that they would cancel our membership, but I heard nothing about the renewal of prizes. Now, our membership is canceled (several months after my initial request), but I have heard nothing about the prizes. I have continued to write them and finally resorted to posting to reviews on REMOVEDand REMOVED. After taking our money for several months without us receiving any services, I am adamant that, at the very least, our son should be able to get something from his years of membership with Code Galaxy. They are effectively ignoring us at this point. Please help.
