- Refund and Exchange Policy
It is Transformance's position that all funds deposited into our Client Deposit Account are held for the benefit of our clients’ creditors, however there are a few exceptions as follows:
All excess funds on deposit for a client that has completed their Debt Management Program will be refunded to the client once our records indicate all debts have been paid
Any excess funds on deposit for a client that has filed bankruptcy must be sent to the bankruptcy trustee
All other refunds or exceptions, including state, federal or legislative requirements, will require approval from the Vice President of Operations
