      I had a repair of my dryer on 9/16. The technician was here for about 20 minutes. He said it was a blown fuse. He stated that he completed the repair. I asked if he tested the dryer to verify it was working properly and he said that it was. Oh note, we did not hear him run dryer. I paid $434.19 for the repair. A few hours later I went to run a cycle in the dryer and the unit did not heat up. Exactly what it was doing before. I called ***************** the next morning (9/17). I was told someone could come back out the following week to repair it. I explained that that would not work for me as I was heading out of town. I also inquired as to why there was not an expedited service for failed repairs. I spoke with a supervisor who told me that they could refund the amount paid as the job was not completed correctly. Following my conversation with that supervisor, I was transferred to the refund dept . I was told that they were unable to process the refund over the weekend, as the charge was not yet populating in their system. They asked me to call back on Monday. I called back on 9/21 and spoke with, ****, in the refund department. **** told me I would be issued a refund of $434.19. He told me that it would take 3-5 days to process. He gave me a confirmation number of #***************. He told me to call back with any concerns....I never revived the refund. I called ***************** back on 10/19 and spoke with, ******. ****** told me that my refund was denied without explanation. She told me if I had any further inquiries I would need to send an email to Tansformco. I sent and email and never received a response. I am beyond frustrated by the poor customer service I have received. I have had many service companies for installation, delivery, and repair over the years, and I have never had an experience like this before. My expectation is that I am fully refunded. I paid for a repair that was not completed or not completed correctly.

      Someone took a loan out in my name from transform credit inc and tthey tried to take a ach payment out of my wellsfargo checking account.It was fraudI didnt authorize my my social security or bank account number to be used to get or cosign fora loan.

      On 03/01/22 I spoke to an associate at each of the adhering to business, Experian, Equifax, and Transunion concerning the possibility that they were reporting fraudulent accounts on my consumer documents. I pleaded with them to get rid of these accounts as I had no understanding or details on where these accounts came from. I was told by all 3 companies that I needed documents and also to submit an FTC record. I did simply that and sent my letters using certified mail on 03/03/22. After 30 plus days from sending my letters, the accounts are still showing on my record and also were in some way "verified" even though they are not mine. I am incredibly overwhelmed and also disappointed over this because my family members as well as I are trying to buy a home and this circumstance is maintaining us from being able to do so. I called all 3 companies once more on 3/31/22, asking how they somehow verified that these accounts were mine however they only told me to speak to the creditors directly which they couldn't do anything else to aid me. I tried calling all the financial institutions that were fraudulently reporting on the customer file, as well as with no shock they had no understanding of me or the accounts either. I am not exactly sure what else to do and after looking into on the internet I came across the CFPB web site that some good friends of mine told me would certainly help me with my situation. I actually wish this helps because my family as well as I frantically need this home we are attempting to look for.
