    Stackable has been woefully negligent in their work on the remodel of our house. Almost every aspect of their work has been done poorly and unprofessionally, starting with flooring that was not laid properly, painting that was not done cleanly, doors that were not set properly and grouting that lasted less than 6 months. There are many other issues with almost every area of their "work"". They have severe lack of communication and follow up issues, sometimes going months without contact. What should have been a 1 or 2 month job has turned into a 2 year nightmare.

    10/04/23 If there were any communication miscues, those are being rectified immediately. The entire list of items you want addressed, is being handled in full tomorrow morning at 10am. As for the flooring, the problem is not with the installation. You have a water intrusion issue. We have offered to (1) take up the floor, put it back to the condition we found it and give you a full refund (which you declined) OR (2) leave it as is and give you a full refund (which you declined).  You still have a water intrusion which is not caused by us and cannot be fixed by us. We are unsure as to how to proceed with this matter to your satisfaction.

    10/05/23 Update-The appointment scheduled for 10/05/23 (10am) to do the requested work was rescheduled by Mrs. REMOVEDfor 10/16/2023 (10am).
