1 starSTAY AWAY! They are a scam company and use underhanded, non transparent tactics to lure you in..THEN IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! I went to them to get my ERTC over THREE years ago and I still dont have it. They ******* you with additonal items at an upcharge for e-sig, but then do not answer the phone to answer your questions. I have been trying to cancel for over TWO years and each time they come up with a bogus contract clause. Today they told me that I had to sign something 60 days in advance of June 20th (ten days away) so they are saying I am LOCKED into another full year at over $200/month. SNEAKY AND PREDITORY! I am turning over to my attorney.Review fromDanna S

1 starZERO STARS!! When I contacted a gentleman named C.h.-are-eye-s with this company to inquire about payroll services, he informed me that he could help us to get the **** (approx. $176K). After a little research I questioned him about the many bad reviews, to which he replied, "well, when you have helped thousands of companies, you're only going to see the bad reviews from the few that were unhappy". Then he said, "give me 1% of your trust and I will earn the other 99%". When I inquired what we would have to do he stated that we could sign-up for their HR plan (instead of paying a large fee) and pay $500 per month for 12 months or pay a one time fee of $6000. He also implied that we could cancel once we had satisfied the 12 month requirement, to which we did. On the day they drafted the final payment from our account ($500), I notified them of my intent to cancel their services as we had fulfilled the 12 months of payments. The reply was that we missed the deadline to cancel for the next (one year) term. Our contract began on December 2023 and I cancelled on December (11th) 2024 after the final draft was taken from our account. They then directed me to click on the link in the contract which took me to a 20 page contract that expounded on the terms and conditions, including cancellation. The way the cancellation policy read is very confusing and unclear about the time needed to cancel. It was also a policy that the sales person neglected to inform us about cancelling 30 days BEFORE the initial contracted date. Had I cancelled at that time they would not have received the final (12th) payment, thus also invoking an early cancellation. So either way I would have been SOL. I believe the way they are getting people to sign this contract and paying for one year under the guise of helping get the **** may be at best misleading if not illegal. We still have not received any $$. I am also surprised that a class action case has not yet been filed. Search your other options!!Review fromMansour A

1 starWe ended our contract with Asure as of June 30, 2022. Fast forward to August 2024, Asure drafted more than $700 from our business account without authorization. I have been in contact with Asure for two months asking for an accounting of the withdrawal. As of today, they have not been able to produce any documentation or detail of the fee. Their email correspondence has indicated only that it is a payroll tax owing from either 2021 or 2022. I have requested a full refund until such time as they can give a detail accounting of the funds we supposedly owe. It is, however, highly unusual that any service company would charge fees so long after termination of a contract, let alone without any documentation, and more than two years after their authorization to draft funds has ended.Review fromGerald D

1 starI agree with many of the reviewers below. Scammers taking advantage of smaller businesses. Many of the reviews here mirror our experience. We were promised a reduction of the *** fee if we paid for a 1 year "consulting fee". We dutifully paid for 1 year for "services" that were just a token email every few weeks. They are attempting to extend the "services" for an additional year and say we are contractually obligated. To add insult to injury, it has been 15 months at this point and we have yet to see a single dollar of *** money.Asure

We regret to hear that you did not find value in our HR services. Our records indicate that while you enrolled in our HR services as part of your ERTC filing, you elected not to utilize the HR services offered throughout your contract period. Our contract terms are clearly outlined and provided for review at the time of enrollment. These terms align with SaaS contract standards in the industry.
We understand your frustration and would like to offer our assistance in making the most of the HR services available to you during the next contract period. Please reach out to our HR Services Team to discuss how we can better support your needs.

1 starNo stars. We used this company to file our ERC credit and I was told we could pay $10k up front for them filing or could pay for their services for a year at $500 a month. Seemed like a no brainer. I SPECIFICALLY asked when and how to cancel and was told by the person filing for me as long as I did it before the year was up I was good. My only mistake in this is that yes I didnt read the 30 page contract (wont make that mistake again). Apparently, I needed to send in writing 60 days prior to my year ending, now I am renewed for an entire year and have to pay $500 a month again. Now I see why it seemed like such a good deal because this is where they got me. My services emended July 31st and I emailed June 27th. It also took them 3 weeks to even respond back to me (July 11th I heard back). Early termination fee is also just paying it all up front. I DO NOT recommend this company, they are crooks and they know that they are, taking advantage of small personally owned businesses.Asure

1 starWe were told we'd get an ERTC refund of over $160k. For their services all we'd have to do is sign on for their HR service. Fast forward 8 months....no ERTC refund, HR service is sham. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We're a small business that is out $12k with nothing to show for it!Asure

It's important to us that you received the HR support outlined in our agreement. 1 starWow, seems to be a lot of the same issues below! ASURE helped with our ERTC Refund and we agreed to sign on for a one year contract of their HR services as payment. We have fulfilled our 1 yr on the program and are now getting the run around when trying to cancel services. I can't get through to anyone by phone and they are saying we did not cancel early enough so our contract has "auto-renewed" for another full year of their overpriced services! I have reviewed every document signed from ASURE and can't find an "official" contract. Our original "proposal" does not state term limits or cancellation periods. VERY SNEAKY and SHADY BUSINESS!Asure
