    Found a way to charge a cancelled credit card for a service that didn't work and wasn't used, and won the credit card dispute, 0/10 scammers. I honestly don't know how to cancel at this point. Product doesn't work yet they've charged me over $400 now.

    A few years ago, I signed up for a year of WIN Reality. The product was fine, but my son no longer used it, so I wasn't going to continue. There was no notification or heads-up that my account was going to auto-renew, I only realized after I saw a $199 charge pending on my credit card from 3/1/25. I looked back and they have charged me for three years I did not approve. The company has deceptive business practices and forces you into another year charge and does not allow you to cancel / refund. I went and cancelled my account, but they won't refund even though I didn't want another year. Please refund my payment.

    We have loved Win Reality. Use it for what it is. Our players that are using it correctly are having less swing and miss and their pitch recognition is better. We have had no problem with them canceling any drafts from any of our players that dont see the benefit. Would recommend it for 8th thru pro players wanting to get better

    I bought this service from my son one year ago. It isnt as promised and he thought it was a waste of time, so he sued it for ten days. I do not want the membership renewed and they keep trying to charge my card. They do not have a cancel service button on their website, no phone number to call and they are not returning my emails. Total scam company.
