I was searching online for a company to do a website for a very small business. Within a few minutes I received a phone call (REMOVED) from Web App Vault. I am not sure how they got my number. I asked for previous websites and I was impressed. I had to pay over $1K to be in touch with a "project manager".The way they spoke it sounded like the company was huge. It is not. It is made up of a few late twenties early thirty year olds. There is no one in charge, so there was no structure, no recourse and no accountability from anyone. They make up their titles as they go along. Whomever you want to speak with will be someone pretending to be in that role. After requesting several times for common revisions, I took upon myself and burned an entire day to make all the corrections, and they STILL got it wrong! (Content was written in another language, sentences and paragraphs were repeated over and over, content I had requested needed to be reworded so it would make sense). They make you pay thousands of dollars before they barely get started and quite frankly, I felt vulnerable and bullied with the lack of knowledge I had with web design. The offices they have listed in the states are registered agents. This company is a joke. Its a foreign entity letting some young kids run the asylum. I would like to see this company shut down, so other people do not have to suffer the financial burden. I did receive a $2,800 refund after much complaining. The payment came from a Dr., not web app vault. I was so exhausted towards the end, I had no more fight in me. I began this process May 19, 2023 and it (I) ended November, 2023Initial Complaint

I purchased 1 year dedicated hosting on 3/22/23. I requested REMOVEDwho was working on the maintenance of the website to change the address and add an additional topic to the drop down menu on my website 1 week which was on 12/8/23. Also, this company made my business cards. I had requested that they made the currently business card file editable so I can make changes as needed for the future. I requested that he provide me the REMOVEDcode or login information to allow me to make changes to the website myself in the future. He stated to me that he will complete the changes within 48 hours. On December 14, I texted him to inquire about the changes he told me he will send the business cards the next morning. I never received it. I also made another statement about providing me the REMOVEDcode so I can make changes to the website myself. I emailed him on 12/14/23 the same requests as stated above. He texted me and told me he received my email and he will get everything ready tomorrow. On December 12/15/23, I emailed him again to inquire about the same items above, he emailed me back to tell me to give him 1 hour and he will deliver everything today. I never receive any of the requested items as of yet. I am asking that this company provide me with the login information so I can update and maintain my own website from this point on. Side note: I purchased the website from this company as well.Initial Complaint

Grossly misrepresented their capabilities in the sales pitch. Very little knowledge of social media platform alogorithms that they claim to be experts in. Paid $500 for 30 days of their services. The agreement was to create 3 ads per day and post them. They posted 12 total ads in 30 days. They boast a 100% money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. I asked for them to make good on this commitment 4 times. They will no longer return my calls or emails.Initial Complaint

I started working with this company on 01/22/2023 was told it was 100% refund generated. It was for a website and for a logo. Nothing really stood out to me so I started asking for a refund and was told I couldnt get one. I asked again on today for a refund and was told the same thing. An they told me they cant give me one because I got everything but I do not have anything. I have the text with the lady still asking if REMOVEDready to move forward but I dont any my money back because none of their work is really what I want but now they are trying to act like I received my stuff and I didnt. I dont even want anything from them at this point since they will lie. I just want my money back. Their basically trying to force me to accept things I dont want.
