      On April 21st 2024 I booked an RV spot at REMOVEDthrough a company called RoverPass. Unaware to me I was being charged an additional $40 for what they called a platform fee. This was in addition to a $10.47 service fee. I attempted to contact RoverPass to inquire about this extra charge to my credit card within an hour of making the reservation and couldnt get any response so I canceled the reservation immediately . I have not received any response from this company after multiple attempts. I was still charged the $40 platform fee on my credit card anyway. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. I called the manager at the REMOVEDand reported this and he attempted to contact RoverPass to inquire about the platform charge and request my full refund., he also could not get any response from RoverPass. I was only refunded $380.50 , RoverPass withheld $40.50 without explanation. I still have not received any response from RoverPass.
