    This company has sent a supposedly court ordered document to my bank putting a hold on my account using my social security number to find me. They took $13400.00 out of my account so I was negative that amount, my bank said they had put a hold on my account until I signed an agreement to pay them back in 4 years. I feel like they are not allowed to do this because I use my bank to pay bills and I now have no way to pay bills, now ********** shouldnt have even done this. But are they even allowed to do this or is this even legal? I want to know, they sent me a court document but people can make that stuff up too. Please help me with this. I was never served any paperwork to go to court or anything, I didnt even see any of the documents until this incident, they are saying its from 2018 and I just dont understand how they are even able to do this. I dont trust them at all. I am so mad right now. Please help me. I have all the information that they sent me and I will put it out there too.

    You need to explain to me why you think you can illegally take my money out of my account when I didnt even see this attached document until a month ago, I was never served papers. I will be coming after you though. Also, the time that it says the judge signed this is at 9:00pm, that is a scam! So explain that to me. I will not communicate with you since you did this to me. Why would I give you the time of day when you didnt even give me any type notice.

    I am an attorney and represent ********, ****************** As per the attached emails and documentation, JC Collins successfully collected $24,000 to settle an outstanding debt owed to my client, the last payment of which was received in approximately October 2022. My client was entitled to 80% of these monies pursuant to an agreement with JC Collins. To date, however, my client has not received any of these funds due to it. I have sent three emails directly to their legal department and the attorney who settled the claim, but have still NOT received a response. I have called countless times and left voicemails. Nobody has returned or will take my call.

    I received a notice that I have a collection from COLLINSASSET on my credit report. It says it was opened on 11/19/2022 for $12,032 with account number starting in ************ that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.
