    I contacted BBB but I received a message it's out of the scope of their responsibilities. Collins Asset Group filed a lawsuit beyond Statute of limitations against me in **. They did not follow ** laws or FTC/CFPB in filing the lawsuit, during the lawsuit, when filing false paperwork and they filed in the incorrect court. They also never proved the debt was mine, default date or any bank information. I had to contact the original lender. I missed my trial date due to my disability and they won a judgement based on false documentation which I since provided the court with true documentation from the original lender. I do not know them or the original lender nor am I tied to the loan they submitted. They have not responded to my emails or calls to release me as they have frozen my accounts. I now have to continue to petition the court while having my possessions held from me extensively without cause.
