      I was attending a wedding and staying at the ****************. I parked my car at a parking garage operated by **************************** There were signs posted all over that listed a maximum daily charge of $25. After parking for two nights, Metropolis charged me far more than what was listed at the facility. When contacting their customer service, their representative stated "I would like to inform you that rates can change frequently depending on the day, time, and events happening." Essentially, they list one price on the signs to lure you in, and then once you're in, they jack up the price to whatever they see fit. It seems like a horribly predatory business practice to me.

      Parking Garage at **************************************************************************** Had a meeting at ********* (a tenant of the building). Parked in the designated parking.There was no gate and no attendant suggesting that parking was paid. There was a no ticket on my rental car suggesting that I should get a ticket validated at the time. There was nothing in my field of view. The date of the parking was 3/31/25.I received notice from my rental company, Budget, by mail on 5/3/25 (Saturday), regarding a notice they received from Premier Parking (************************************************) and I was charged 5/4/25.This is ridiculous. It seems like a gotcha parking scam. The signage on-site should be in every parking space... or there should be an attendant or a gate on-site or a ticket left on the vehicle (so I could be aware to get the parking validation).

      I applied a monthly parking code to the Bill 3 minutes after leaving the parking garage and they charged my company for the use of the code and charged me for the parking stay.

      On 4/28 I parked and the way the website is it says 1 hour parking is one rate and 12 hours is another.I parked for one hour and they charged me for 12.I submitted a help ticket and they told me they can't refund.And when I parked there was no option for just 1 hr of parking Totally incorrect. And their billboard lied for what the 1 hour parking costs. I'll gladly pay for what is advertised for 1 hour *************************** ticket number uploaded for reference.I wouldn't use them to park ever again.

      Parking lot at ********************************************************** has no parking rates posted anywhere. I was charged ***** for 1 hour and 32 minutes. No where does it say that any amount of time is a full day rate. In fact, it says that you will be charged as you exit for the amount of time in the lot. Not posting the price clearly must be illegal. Price transparency is required. Imagine if gas stations encouraged you to come in, fill up, and then charged whatever they wanted after the fact. This is what this parking company is doing. I am requesting a full refund.

      Parking costs are not posted anywhere and this lacks transparency and is illegal. The response told me to check rates online, which is not possible nor practical for everyone. They issued an arbitrary partial refund. At this time I am asking for a complete refund.

      This business charged me on Saturday, April 26th 2025 for parking that I was not intending on using when attempting to confirm that I was not going to be charged a fee for parking in accordance to my city's posted information stating that parking in that area was free on weekends, as it has been for a long time now. In attempting to confirm this was indeed the case with this new company, I had to make an account and provide information to proceed, which then immediately charged me for parking without any actual confirmation of a transaction. This is extremely shady if not just a straight up scam, and I will be reporting this to any and all relevant channels I can find.

      Parked my car (VW Tiguan) at the garage for 3 hours (from 12:30 - 3:30 pm) on Monday, April 21st. Picked up car at 3:20 pm. Car was running when my passengers (including 2 young children) and I got in. Attendant never handed me my keys and he left the car before I could interact with him. I did run after him to give a tip and he handed me nothing in return. I thought the keys were left in my car (ie. front compartment) and left the garage. Once my car is started, it can be driven without the keys in the car. I drove the car to my home in *********** and upon stopping the car, I could not find the keys. Car would not start again, and computer said that keys were not found. I and several people then looked throughout the car to see if we could find the keys. I have called staff at the garage several times on Tuesday, April 22nd and Wednesday, April 23rd. No one on the phone says that the keys have been found. I'm also very concerned because my house key was attached to the key fob. I will owe $500 if my set of keys is lost when I return my leased car. I believe that the garage lost them or misplaced them.

      Parked at one of their venues. When signing up to pay for parking online, it clearly stated there would be a fee of $36 for 16 hours. I didn't need that long so I clicked continue and the next page showed that they calculate "0.00 x hour" and stated that they will know when you drive in and out with license plate readers. Of course this convinced me I would only be paying per hour and that 16 hours was the maximum time to park. I parked for 5 hours. When I left my bank declined the charge because I only had 25 in my account which should have been far more than what I would pay for 5 hours if the cost for 16 hours is 36$. I got a message they had tried to charge me for 36, I emailed the customer support page explaining my issue and the only response I got was "it should have been clear, you still have to pay." I asked to escalate the issue to a supervisor and the next morning they charged my card again without my consent, after sending a message that I would be charged a late fee if I didn't confirm payment in 48 hours. So they charged me without this confirmation and I find this to be deceptive and criminal, after telling them i did not have enough money to pay for 16 hours of parking. Now I can't get any groceries until the end of the month.

      I dropped off my vehicle for valet service on 4/19 @3/18pm the employee took pictures pf my vehicle took my keys and parked. I picked up on 4/20 around 8am, drove a few minutes away and when pumping gas i noticed the front left of my car had been crashed. I went back the employees denied that they did it, refused to show the before pictures taken and had me fill out a incident form. On 4/21 the company refused to answer the phone, hours later someone picked up and when i asked for ***** the manager he hung up. I called again he said hes not in hes sick, so Im afraid this may not be taken seriously.

      I parked on the waterfront in ******** GA to dine at a restaurant.On 3/7/25 from 12:58 pm to 2:30 pm I scanned a QR code for parking and was sent a text when I left. My credit card was charged . I received a **** on 4/18/25 for $41.25 The **** was for ***** unpaid parking fee and ***** in fees. I called to dispute the **** and was told I would have to go to their website and upload proof that I paid the parking. When I told them I was 61 and had no computer or way to do that they said I had paid the wrong amount and I would need to pay the ***** or it would be turned over to the credit bureau. I paid to park on 3/7/25 to park in their parking lot feel like this is a scam. I would like to know that this will not hurt my credit and I already spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue. The **** said I left without paying the amount due and this is just not true. They charged my credit card. I do not know how to upload my credit card statement from my phone. I dont receive paper statements
