This business has tried to do two jobs I have paid almost $12k total for and the service, the back up paperwork, the warranty explanations the poor customer service and especially REMOVEDare awful! Now this last job was as sum pump not even 1 year old and I still have water under my crawl space with having a $7k + encapsulation and dehumidifier then was told I needed a sum pump to fix the issue even though at first it was a faulty drain from the dehumidifier, that their tech literally stuck directly into the ground that would obviously clog up with dirt over time. This had to be fixed then due to the back up issue that caused in my crawl space they had to replace some of the initial encapsulation. Then I was told I needed a sump pump to really rectify the issue, so I spend another almost $4k for that which I thought okay this will fix the issues because they've assured me that is what I need to fix any potential water issue. Then within a few months they water again even with the sump pump in the space, they did not trench appropriately on the first time around, again shotty work not done correctly nor inspected correctly and then again a few month later I check it again and bingo, still water in the crawl space and more so on the front side where they dug and put in the supposed trenches and sum pump. Still not working, the job was done incorrectly from the start. I then receive a notice back in the summer about the termite letter cancellation because I didn't pay for that this time around. I called to ask what it was for and was told point blank by REMOVED, rude again of course, it's your termite letter and no you can't reinstate it. I was like okay fine, didn't want to with this company anyway, and then at same time no mention of my sum pump warranty being tied to the first warranty that was in 2021 or REMOVEDNov. 2024, and now today after I reached out to my contact sales guy,Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide clarification regard this matter.
Ameri Care Services initially permed work and the customer's property in 2022, which included crawlspace remediation services. A that time, the scope of work consisted of mold remediation, installation of a crawlspace liner, sealing of crawlspace vents, installation of a dehumidifier, and installation of an Everlast crawlspace access door.
Sometime thereafter, it was identified that the dehumidifier condensation pump line was not draining properly. We identified the error and return to correct the issue by routing the drain line to the exterior of the home. This correction was successful.
In April 2023, water intrusion was observed in the crawlspace due to groundwater condition unrelated to the original scope of work. We provided the customer with a detailed proposal to install trenching and a sump pump system to properly manage the water intrusion. In order to complete this work correctly, the existing liner system has to be removed and replaced. This removal and replacement of the liner was completed at no cost to the customer.
The proposal for the trenching and sump pump installation included a warranty, which was clearly state to the be rolled into and combined with the existing moisture and termite warranties. The customer reviewed and signed this agreement, acknowledging the terms and coverage.
Ameri Care Services has conducted annual inspection for both termite and moisture coverage, which are performed together. The most recent inspection occurred in May 2025.
Following that inspection, the annual renewal payment for the warranties was not received. Multiple attempts were made to collect payment, including mailed invoices, statement in addition to emailed statements. After the account became 60 days past due, the warranty overage was canceled in the accordance with the terms of the agreement due to nonpayment. This was explained in a policy cancelation letter that was mailed and emailed to customer.
We subsequently spoke directly with he customer and explained that the warranty overage was no longer active. The customer reported that the sump pump may not be working. Because there was no active warranty overage, we informed the customer that an inspection fee would be required for us to evaluate the system. The customer declined to authorize the inspection. Customer was informed that REMOVEDhas a manufactures warranty and could contact the manufacture directly if she would like.
At this time, Ameri Care Services has acted in good faith, fulfilled at contracted obligation, preformed corrective work at no charge when appropriate, and followed the agreed-upon warranty terms. We remain willing to inspect and service the system should the customer choose to proceed under standard service rates.

On 7/31/23, Ameri Care Services came to our home for an annual termite inspection. Mind you, weve had no issues and had our entire crawl space treated and encapsulated by another company who also installed floor jacks, dehumidifier and water pump. The technician wrote a report advising of multiple issues. We disagreed with this report thus had the contractor come out to inspect who did the work as well as had another termite company come out to inspect. Both companies absolutely disagreed with the report and reported absolutely no issues. They provided reports along with pictures ascwell as humidity readings. All readings were perfect! I brought this matter to Ameri Cares attention. Their manager came out and reassessed. I requested the report be rewritten correctly. Its been over a week with no response back after I was told I would get a call by 9/11/23. It is my belief after consulting with the other companies and receiving their reports, Ameri Care fabricated the report to generate sales. Our crawl space was completely repaired by another company.Customer Answer

This company has not returned my calls either. I hope that a negative report can at least be done. Their lack of response from the BBB certainly shows their character. Thank you for trying to assist.

On February 9th, 2023, an inspection of our crawl space was done. The inspector indicated that there were problems and that corrective action would be needed to fix whatever issues he had found. He also informed us that a report and photos would be made available. Since then, we have been skirted, ignored, and disrespected by REMOVEDthrough a lack of response. Despite being told many times that she was working through our case on two occasions, we have had zero follow through on any of the promises made. We believe that the company is either avoiding a problem that our agreement requires them to address or that they do not care enough to provide a straightforward answer. We currently owe $213 for another year of coverage, but we are withholding payment until we understand what is going on and how things will be corrected.
