New Refund & Membership Cancellation Policy
Effective April 1st, 2015:
100% money back guarantee if we do not delivery the state you live in and all the forms listed with the exception of Corporate by February 15th on this website by the first e-File is available to everyone. You will have 4 days to request a refund after the first day e-File is available to everyone. Once we receive your request for a refund we will terminate your membership and disable your software access. Cancellations received by first time buyers within 72 hours of membership purchase will be offered a complete refund minus the setup fee. No refunds will be provided for software that has been used to e-file, loaded on your computer, used to prepare a tax return or is a renewed previous year customer.
To obtain a refund, you must mail (by U.S. postal service) a written request to:

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for all refunds.
Requests for a refund must be signed by the primary EFIN holder on the membership account. The written request should also contain the company name, primary contact name, EFIN, account number, address and any other relevant contact information, date of order, and reason for the refund request.

S. postal service within 5 days of guaranteed delivery date specified above if you are intending on requesting a refund. TRX Software Sales, LLC. upon receipt of your refund request will immediately terminate your membership as requested, including but not limited to access to members websites, software updates, file center access, processing websites. If you do a credit card, PayPal or merchant service chargeback this will void all guarantees, refunds or cancellation of membership, in addition you will still be liable for the membership fee along with all collections & legal fees. TRX Software reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership of TRX without notice or reason.
