            I went to Extended Stay on Summer Ave looking for a hotel. After standing at the front desk and not being acknowledged for quite some time. The employee finally showed up. I pay for my room and I walk to my room. I tried to open the door with the key card but it wasn't activated. I walk back to the office to get it activated. I walk in the room and my whole room is soaked from water leaking from a pipe under the sink. I walk to the office and tell the guy and he says he will send someone to clean it up. I ask are they coming now and he says yes. He attempted to grab his things as if he is leaving for the night. I asked him are you leaving he says no. They came to clean the room. I tried to shower but I couldn't because the water wasn't working. I walk to the office and the guy had locked the door and turned off the lights. The next morning my whole room floor is soaked with water again. I saw him and told him about my room and he said "I'll try to find you another room, but he didn't.
