I have a workers compensation claim that settled a long time and I was award at a 100%. I receive a check from my award and I have been getting this check since ****. I get this check every two weeks and I will be getting this check for the rest of my life. I have these checks direct deposited into my bank. I am in the process of changing banks and have asked Sedgwick many times now to help in facilitating this. They have sent me a form to do this but the first time I sent this form to the place they gave me the address for, the post office sent that form back to me telling me that this company had moved and there was no forwarding address. The second time , the claims adjuster gave me another address and I got a message that the place was closed. I am old and in very poor health and I cant keep running around and it seems for no reason. All I want is to make this change of where to send my direct deposit an I cant.Business Response

Hello, First off I have been trying to reach out to this company from an incident I had while shopping at the ******* grocery store in North *********, ** So I have called a woman by the name of ******* but after over 32 phone calls from myself Ms ******* never even attempted to reach out to me but twice and both times I returned her call but of course she never ever answered nor responded to two calls out of 32 from myself. Also Ms ******* gave me her phone number without giving me her 5 digit extension number so that means she knew that I would never reach her without that 5 digit ext. so I pushed 0 for the operator and the operator talked to me some kind of bad. She told me that there was no way that Ms ******* gave me her phone number and sad as it might seem I think she's right, I most definitely can't get intouch with Ms ******* at all under no circumstances. I would appreciate it if Ms ******* can call me and talk to me in a business like manner, basically the way she might have been trained to do so.Customer Answer

I purchased a driver and passenger side cv axles for my 2002 325xi *** from Amazon. Com. I installed them myself on the vehicle. On 6/1/2022 I took the vehicle for a test drive after finishing the installation. The vehicle drove for half a block then the RPMs shot up and the vehicle lost all ability of movement. When put into park from drive the vehicle will still roll. I called around trying to find a repair shop willing to work on my vehicle that is 45min away from me. I spoke with the repair shop extensively over the phone answering all there questions. The shop determined that the splines on the cv shafts had sheared off inside the differential. They sent me an estimate for repairs to my email. I filed a claim through Amazon/Sedgwick. They pushed the claim to the parts supplier and I gave them every picture and piece of information that they wanted. Said parts supplier just cut contact with me and Sedgwick, now Sedgwick is handling the claim. They tell me they want an estimate with the repair shops letterhead. The estimate I gave them has the company's contact information and the name of the person who processed the estimate. I have informed Amazon, Sedgwick, and the parts supplier on multiple occasions that I do not have the money to have the vehicle towed 45min away to have an estimate done that will be essentially the same process as on the phone (since the front differential can't be accessed without dropping the whole front subframe assembly out from under the car) and then have it towed back home. That's close to a $1000.00! I've in turn offered to let them send a representative to look at the vehicle and/or for them to have it towed to a agreed upon independent shop to have an estimate done. I've called them multiple times, sent multiple emails, and asked to speak to a supervisor (witch was just straight out denied). They tell me my case worker is busy and they will schedule a call back witch doesn't happen! I just want my car repaired, is that to much?Initial Complaint

On January 2nd my new GE refrigerator broke for the 2nd time. This time however it was not time for me to use my Aimovig 140mg migraine shot as I had recently taken one and they are monthly shots. The refrigerator had totally warmed overnight and the pharmacist stated since I could not use the injection within 7 days due to it causing an overdose I would have to bring it to them to put in the destroy box. ***** from the insurance company GE uses has offered me $250 to replace a medication that cost over $800 stating that I should have used it within the 7 days. She is stating that I should have doubled up for the month on the medication and overdosed myself in order to salvage the medication. She is non-responsive to phone calls or emails and since my initial conversation with her, she has only responded once when sending me her determination. This is the backup shot that we keep on hand should anything happen to the one that comes in the mail. After suffering from migaines daily for over a year my pcp has me keep one for any issues that *** arise.Business Response

******* handles leave of absence and disability claims for *****. They denied my disability claim stating my medical did not support disability. I had a GSW through my thigh. I sent everything they asked for and gave them access to my records. They do not show what they received accurately and refuse to tell me what else is required. It is like they were going to deny the claim regardless. They did not mail a denial letter as they claim and said I had to file an appeal and include the denial letter. My leave of absence was approved, and it was for the same injury. The employees are rude and when you try to get a supervisor, they claim none are available. It is a complete and total joke; I am beyond frustrated. I filed the appeal and now they claim it is up to the appeal department. It should have never required and appeal if they just did their jobs, they got the information.Initial Complaint

I work at ATT as an in home expert and drive a company car, on 7/12/22 I got into a car accident and went through my lawyer to resolve the case. My workers comp is through Sedgwick, it has been the absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with. From the girl, ***** handling my claim and never responding to emails and mispaying me at first to now trying to close out the case with my lawyer, my paralegal has been reaching out to the new case worker ******, during this time they have not responded or taken anything seriously. We have actively been reaching out and trying to get an email stating that it is okay for State Farm to release the funds and that they understand we are going to pay them back out of my settlement for paying me during workers comp. I have actively tried calling and reaching out as well as my paralegal. This company is a complete joke and at one point underpaid me and took 2 months to resolve it. I need someone to get on them to do their jobs so I can settle out my case and end this nightmare Ive been dealing with since it happened.Initial Complaint

On 05/10/22, delivery representatives for Best Buy/Sedgwick delivered a washer and dryer. While installing the washing machine, one of the delivery men was trapped behind the washing machine and used the utility sink as a step to get out from behind the washing machine. He stepped into the utility sink, placing his full weight into the sink while doing so and stepped out onto the floor. This action caused the utility sink to break and crack and continues to leak water. I then proceeded to follow instructions and file a claim. Today is 01/13.23 and the claim has yet to be resolved. Two delivery employees (*********************** and ********************* provided zero assistance and zero empathy over the situation). I visited the *********************, ************************, OH Best Buy location and spoke to a couple of employees who washed their hands of the situation and only provided this man's email address (*************************) who never responded to my email. I have reached the following Sedgwick employees who also provided no assistance (*****************************, ***********************, *********************, *****************************, *************************************). And worst of all is Sedgwick employee ***************************. ********* is supposed to be the individual managing my claim, however she has not sent the check for restitution, nor has she returned my recent emails or phone calls. I have sent photos of the damage caused by the delivery men and an official estimate of damage as was requested. I have done everything that has been asked to help resolve the issue and Best Buy/Sedgwick has done nothing. The amount of stress and anxiety this has caused is immeasurable. I sprained my knee at work and filed a complaint with **** of America they sent my claim to sedgwick. Sedgwick called me from ************ and ************ It was frim a Bri Yound I was called twice on January 3rd and I miss the call. I called back maybe 100x times so far and it goes straight to voicemail.I was injured in my knee and I limp in my leg and I cannot handle walking on my leg I am also out of work and homeless which is really bad. Again, this is what they do to try to get me to go away but I am severely injured and I need surgery for the knee pain. Sedgwick Claim #********* I rented a moving truck from Budget Truck Rentals along with a tow dolly. The dolly damaged my personal vehicle. When renting the truck from Budget, they ask what kind of vehicle you are driving and make equipment recommendations based on the vehicle. You can either get a tow dolly or a ride on trailer. The tow dolly was rented at their recommendation. When making that recommendation, they are telling the consumer that the equipment will be compatible with the vehicle. My vehicle (2019 ****** Corolla Hatchback XSE), is all stock, there is no lower kit on the vehicle. I attached the tow dolly to the truck and followed all the instructions easily that were provided on the equipment. When I went to go drive the car up on the dolly, the bottom of my vehicle scraped at the top of the ramp and damaged the front fender and trim. I have been quoted for about $1800to replace and paint the fender and fender trim.Sedgwick has claimed that it was user error that caused the damage to my vehicle and denied my claim. The lady on the phone *******************, gave a reason for denial that I never said when initially filing my claim. She claimed that I said a protruding bolt on the trailer was the cause of the damage. I requested my phone record of that initial claim conversation, but to no avail. I have tried to get a hold of Sedgwick for about 12 business days as of this posting and have never got one call back. I started with the claims agent, ******, his supervisor *** and ***'s boss ****. Never got a single call back and only an email of denial. My vehicle never even made it up the entire ramp on the tow dolly. The wheels of my vehicle did not make it into the wheel well. The tow dolly itself was completely incompatible with the vehicle. The damage would have occurred regardless if it was done by me or a professional. I do not know if the damage is goes beyond the fender. Their recommendation for equipment was wrong, this is something they need to fix.Business Response

On 11/3/2022, a Best buy driver hit my car and tried to pull off. My neighbor stopped the driver police was called and they exchanged insurance info. I have reached out to the adjustor handling the claim since November. I have left messages, emails and voicemail and no one has attempted to contact me. I'm going to have to personally *** the truck driver for repairs to my car
