 I was rear-ended while driving with my one year old son by a Kroger delivery vehicle on 8/9/2023. I contacted my own insurance company (Progressive) to notify them and they made sure a claim was filed with Sedgwick (Krogers claim administrator). Progressive then said it was up to me to come to a resolution with Sedgwick. I have tried calling Sedgwick, and my assigned claim adjuster directly (*******************), numerous times and have left several voicemails over the course of >1 month with NOT ONE return call. I have provided my claim number and all pertinent info to their customer service staff. I feel that they are ignoring me in hopes that I will give up and pay for the damage myself. I will hire an attorney if I must, but I thought I would try the BBB first.

 Hi BBB,I had a car accident with an **** rental car (2023 ***** HRV with WA plate number CGM0830) on 6/22 at ********, **. The police report clearly ****** the rental car driver was at fault and they were cited for failure to yield to me.The rental car was self insured so the claim has to go through their claim management company, Sedgwick (**************************************). For my case (claim number *********), Sedgwick and their adjuster ******************************** (CA License #******** are not responsive at all. It took me 3 weeks to reach their adjuster ******************************** on 7/13. I filled the questionary ***************************** sent me the next day. Then I was totally ghosted by them. The only response I got from them was they are investigating the insurance coverage. Now they have been "investigating" it for 6 weeks and I have no idea where they are. I really do not understand why the investigation takes weeks. Should not the insurance coverage in their system already?My ****** Leaf is severely damaged by the accident and has been parked in my garage for months, waiting for their response. The only lucky part for me is I have a garage with extra space. Otherwise I can not think how I could handle this case and where to park my non-drivable ****** Leaf for such as long time.BTW, from ****** review I found this company has very bad review (1.1 stars out of 43 reviews). Many people have similar experience as me and be ghosted by Sedgwick. So I am not alone. This company should stop doing business!

 I have been actively working with Sedgwick in attempt to get my 2022 W2 Tax forms during my maternity leave. I have called and emailed regarding these and 5 months later, I still am not able to file my taxes. I was told they were mailed THREE times; however, I have never received them. First time, they were sent to the wrong address despite me updating my new one. I have asked them to be sent via ***** so I could sign off, but was told they could not do that. They also sent me a ADP form (attached) to register. I was able to get in the system but no statements or PDFs were ever uploaded in my profile. I was told that I had fallen through cracks because my rep at Sedgwick was no longer with the company and since my maternity leave was over I did not have an open case with them. I attempted to escalate; however, I could not be passed on to anyone because they said they only had reps but someone would call me back in 48 hrs. This happened 3 times with zero calls backs. I am not able to get a hold of anyone as it appears a rep is not able to help and this needs to be escalated through the company yet no one of higher up will call me back. I have asked for the PDFs or a ***** mail. It is illegal to not supply tax forms in the appropriate time. I have done my due diligence to notify that they were never received with no luck or urgency on their end. Since I am not pass the deadline for taxes significantly, I am hoping that someone can take this issue to the appropriate person for actual results.

 ********* filled my prescription with someone elses medication. I took this medication for a month, before my position, and I realized something was wrong. I began to get ill, and my thyroid crashed again. After a few weeks, ********* submitted the claim to Sedgwick. Sedgwick received the claim on July 5, 2023. I have made several calls to try to get information. of all the times that I have called, only once did they allow me to be put through to the gentleman handling my claim, *******************************. You know when you know I left a message 19 days ago. I love you today and **************** has not reached out. He has both my email address and telephone number. ********* divisional play manager also reached out to Mr..******, as well as his supervisor, and left messages for both. This was almost 2 weeks ago. She said there is nothing else she can do, and that I should probably seek legal counsel. This is my last opportunity to reach out to Sedgwick, and I felt I have no other option. I would respectfully like to request some communication and resolution. This is absolutely no way for a professional corporation, such as Sedgwick to conduct their business.

 I was injured on the job at ***************************** on July 11 2023. I did notify my employer at the time. The claim (******* compensation)was actually filed on July 21 2023 (**********************). I would called ********************** almost daily about my claim. I would leave messages and no one would return my phone called. I was in constant pain for over a month with no income and wasnt able to see a doctor. ********************** contact me after a month gone by and I was able to see a doctor. Its been a month and half with no other contact from ******* if I could return back to work. I havent received any compensation from ******* at all. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. Unprofessional service.

 - I spoke with *******, *****'s supervisor, and she explained the situation and what she's doing to correct the situation. We were also able to discuss other questions/concerns I had. I still haven't been paid but the requested feedback has been given. - Customer Answer- Date: 08/22/2023 My case manager ************** failed to process my claim in a timely manner and failed to process my August pay. I've had to call Sedgwick 5 times minimum to try and get these issues resolved. I have copies of all communication with the company to support the problems I've had.Problem 1. -They send an information email with a video stating a determination will be made within 2 days of receiving all paperwork. ************ confirmed she received all of my paperwork. A week later I was still waiting on a determination. If she were to have waited until after surgery I would have been unable to address any problems because it was a major surgery and I was under heavy anesthesia.Secondly, ************** stated I would have pay within 1-3 days for August. Initially the Sedgwick payment center confirmed what she said. Now, it says I won't be paid until the 21st. Now, I don't know what to believe. I've reached out to customer service and her manager. Several times I've been told either ***** or her supervisor would call back, and no one has as far as I know because no voicemail was left. I'm supposed to be paid on the 15th and the 1st.Note: I'm submitting this via cell phone and my screenshots of communications are on my computer.  We purchased an Insignia washing machine from Best Buy on 7/26/2023. It was delivered on Saturday, 7/29/2023. We purchased the install package. The delivery was made around 1:00 P.M. Saturday. The new washer was moved into the house and sat in the middle of the floor. As the old washing machine was moved out of the house, the storm door was pushed open too far and pulled the screws loose from the wall. Our storm door had just been put in April, 2023 ($516.64). The door does not shut properly now. The man started the installation of the washer and snapped the cold water PVC pipe that attaches to the washer. The water supply had to be shut off to the house. The water sprayed out of the pipe for close to two minutes. The water drenched underneath our cabinets and soaked into the linoleum and carpet. The linoleum and sub-floor was put in January, 2021 ($3,788.57). There is a hole now at the backdoor. The A/C ductwork was flooded. The delivery men left without trying to get a plumber or repairing the snapped water pipe. We called a plumber and paid for the repair, $130. We were without water for several hours until he arrived to repair the pipe. This is not including the duct work which has water in it and will mold, or the carpet and the wall. The phone numbers listed are not answered and we are not able to leave messages. I wrote on 8/7/2023 to see if the information was received. I received a response back that same day saying a new rep was taking over the case and we would hear from them shortly. After not hearing from the company or new rep, I wrote requesting contact information on 8/14/2023. I haven't heard anything back. I tried to log on to the website and kept getting errors. I chatted with someone about this on 8/22/2023. This did not resolve anything either. We are wanting someone to contact us at our home phone so I can speak with them and received updates on the claim. The damage was done to the house on 7/29/2023. It has been over a month now that is plenty of time to talk to someone.

 Sedgwick is in charge of my workers compensation for injury on the job. They were paying me 100% of my pay under the disability claim. ************************* ************ decided I should not be getting disability after several months of payments and said I should be getting workers compensation at a lower percentage of pay. Now they are garnishing my disability pay so much that it is way more than the amount to cover the difference. No one will call me and go over the numbers of my pay stubs. I am only getting about 30% of what I am supposed to be paid. The disability claims center says they are sending checks to my employer for 100% of my pay. Sedgwick is stealing this money if that is true.
