      I, ********************* the renter, paid the $395 bill to unclog my house drain to the septic tank. I wanted what clogged the drain but **** did not give it or show it to me. I am a disabled Veteran on many medications. I asked what I, the renter might be doing wrong and he had no suggestions except to change my toilet paper brand. ******* PLUMBING, according to the website offers discounts to seniors, police, firemen and veteran personnel. I was offered Nothing. I thought id be driven out to the company to pay the bill and hopefully THEN receive the discount for my 16 years of combat service. I wanted to give a better review but I felt the plumbing mission did not go well and nothing to keep me in the loop for the service. (LANDLORD -TENANT- ******* PLUMBING). I do not want to be taken advantage of. That was the REVIEW. (i have original copies). 06MAR24, 16;11hrs, **** from ******* PLUMBING called me personally to state, "He did not LIKE my review." He then called me a, "LIAR." As a customer, my understanding is that a review is to give a HONEST opinion of the service rendered that I found was not satisfactory to me.HARRESMENT is unacceptable. It would be to you and that should be the same for customers.       My 85y/o dad went to Lowes and inquired abt purchasing elec 50 gal water heater w/pick up & install. Sales rep immediately sent ******** my dads contact info. ******** rep called to ask size/specs of prev WH. Calls back with a single price/install quote of 2700. No other choices to compare warranty or prices. Shows up 4/12/24 with WH 2 install. Lowes has 3-4 other choices in store that fit specs. All of them more affordable. Requested an itemized receipt after install, was told to go2 lowes ******************* would print one. ***** had no record of receipt sent my dad back to ******** for receipt search. Called after hours ******** THEY had no record of service call 2 the address. Transparency is at deficit with both parties. Still no receipt and no one knows anything.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. ****** service teams dont care about the customer, only see you as another individual who will pay them money. Scheduled timeframe windows are never honored. Dispatch team constantly will argue and talk down to the paying service plan member as well as make excuses for their shortcomings. Ive been a plan member for several years and service has only gotten worse. Supervisor has no excuses other than lots of turnover in departments, which speaks volumes to the work environment. Avoid this company at all cost, even if you have to pay more to get better service.

      They don't hold up to their word, nefarious company. The subordinates refuse to uphold company policy. I was given a promotion only to have the job half done, so that I could be heavily charged later. I still have sewage water in my house after speaking with their QA person. I was told that a manager would contact me and to date that has not happened. They half did the job on purpose.

      Truly disappointed in the services that I have received from ****** Heating and Plumbing. May 2022, they installed a new heating/ac unit in my home. The replace the outside unit and the inside box. 12/29/2023, I came home from work and my house was cold even though the thermostat was set at 72. Thermostat was showing auxiliary heat and the unit would not come on. The temperature outside was in the 30s.****** came out on 12/30 between *****pm. The technician told me it was a blown fuse he fixed the problem.Woke up 12/31/23 and the house was very cold again. Thermostat showing auxiliary heat and 65 degrees. Thermostat set at 72 degrees. Another technician came out around noon. This time I am told the compressor is gone out and the part has to be ordered. He set the thermostat to Emergency heat so we could have heat. Again it was freezing cold outside. He also flipped the ** switch in the breaker box so the heat would not be accidentally turned on and blow the fuse again. When the unit was placed, I was told to avoid using emergency heat because this will use a lot of electricity and make my bill high. 1/3/24 I called to see what was the status of ordering the part because no one had reached out to me. I was she didnt know. Called on 1/5/24, told the part would be here 1/10/24. 1/10/24 I called to see if the compressor had arrived. I was told the compressor was in ******** at warehouse. Now we are expecting a winter storm and no one would be out until the weather clears. I am still using Emergency heat. We had serious winter storm that began around Jan 14. Temps were as low as 5 degrees. 1/29/24. ****** reaches out to schedule someone to come to my home to check my heat. 1/30/24 technician comes out and tells me there is nothing wrong with the heat! Accusing me messing with the breaker box. As of 2/14/24 They have come to my home 6 times, fuse keeps blowing and causing the heat to go out but telling me they cant find anything wrong. Light bill doubled in use.

      This company took my and the **** unit they installed do not work at all. I have had this new unit installed since August of 2023. There has been problems ever since then. They came out to work on it six more times now. No one can fix the problem. First it was the panel board that went bad and now it's a bad wire with my thermostat. Meanwhile I am out of any heat in my home. I called management on Feb 13th **** and no one has attempted to call me back.

      They **** and they will sell you bad products knowing they are bad and then they try to stiff you with the problem when they always knew there was one. I bought a ac unit and in the 7 years I've had it the compressor went out 3 times and not to include the 2 they had to replace after replacing the first bad compressor. When it went out the first time I asked for a new unit they would not do it. They gave me and extended labor warranty but I had a ten year part warranty, but the compressor goes out every 2 years and they charge *********************** The part cost **** I've asked for someone to contact me and that hasn't happened

      There marketting or call centre team sitting in some another country is making continous phone calls, I got a call at 5:13 am on Sunday morning and since yesterday they have called more than 4-5 times when I clearly told that I dont need there services

      I am outraged! I have been paying for seasonal maintenance since my unit was installed by ARS! Why now am I being informed that the blower wheel is very dirty, there are motor oil leaks and the evaporator coil is rusting!!!!! As a consumer, should I not assume that these parts would have been corrected during maintenance??? It was also recommended I have a water sensor safety device that sits on the floor installed, why not installed during installation? Also, I was persuaded to purchase the air scrubber, now replacement is costly!!!!! What a worthless purchase! Is this happening because I am nearing the end of my warranty?I originally went through ********** to purchase my unit, they contracted you (ARS)(I reluctantly agreed). I did not come to ARS directly because I was previously solicited by ARS, when I refused to make the purchase, the technician purposely cut the line on the outside unit to force my hand. I should have addressed the issue then, however, I couldnt prove it! I had to employ another company to find the despicable problem! This complaint is not specifically directed to the technicians and their capabilities, I assume they are following company policy!

      Purchased a brand-new A/C unit from ******* Home and Air Conditioning in 9/2022. Also purchase the maintenance service plan. Less than 2 years of purchase, the unit stops working. Called ******* Home and Air Conditioning to find out my maintenance service plan expired 8/2023. I had no idea the service plan could expire, and I guess I was required to call annually to renew service plan. The A/C unit itself only has a one-year warranty. I am totally disappointed with the company. A brand-new unit in which I change the filter on a regular basis and flush the system with vinegar mixed with water. I called for maintenance service in 2023. I was not told that my service plan was expiring. Most companies provide service until you cancel. I didn't know I had to keep a record of when to renew service plan. Also, when I was covered under the service plan, they come, and they do NOTHING. You would think that maybe they would flush the system with vinegar (which is inexpensive) and water and provide a courtesy filter. NO. They come to your home, put a clip on the front of the A/C vent, go outside and look at the unit, then they are done. Only once, did a young lady come out and flush the system for me. Now, I have to pay a $109.00 service, plus labor, plus parts. I am so frustrated because the unit is less than 2 years old, and I did not get heads up to renew service plan.
