Would not recommend.I called Will *** It because they advertise 24/7 service. A tech came around 6 PM and diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. I went out to buy a new one myself, installed it, and while the unit powered on, it began blowing hot air instead of cold.I immediately called them back, and was told another tech would come out that night at no charge to address it. Two hours later, I got a call saying no one was actually available, and Id have to wait until the next day. With no AC and young kids at home, we had no choice but to get a hotel. The next morning, they came backbut to my surprise, I was charged another full service fee, even though the issue was never resolved the first time and was told it was just the thermostat. When I called the company to escalate the situation, I was told no manager was available, and Ive been getting the runaround since. Not sure how they maintain a 4.6-star rating with this level of service. Extremely frustrating experience

Bought a Rheem heat pump in Sep '24 from *** Rescue Rooter -- now ******* Home Services. On July 2, 2025 it quit cooling adequately. Made several call appointments but they never showed and didn't call to say they weren't coming. Finally called another company to check my unit and they diagnosed the problem but didn't have the part. After a full month of no shows and no return calls from the managers I am now going to have to pay another **** company to fix the problem -- for a repair that should have been done under warranty. It is obvious that they have purposely chosen not to honor the warranty. BUYER BEWARE!

My husband and I used ARS Rooter via ********** for a completely new Carrier HVAC inside and outside unit in 2020 when we first got our home. We have had nothing but problems from day one and we have paid an insane amount of money while our issues are still not resolved. During the summer, our home has never been under 77 degrees. We live in ******* and this summer our home is currently 83 degrees for most days. I understand it is hot but our unit is constantly running and our house is not cool. There was a guarantee when we first got this unit that our utility bill will be lower. It has consistently increased and is now over $400 a month and this is due to our unit constantly running. Recently we had to pay $1100 to fix the unit in January and today we had to pay $556 for a cleaning in July. It is still 83 degrees inside our home. We have had issues initially with the wrong size being installed. Then the correct size was put in. After that they had to do wiring that required a permit that was poorly done and barely passed inspection per the City of *******. Paying this amount of money year after year for the same service is not right and very frustrating. This is not including the several service charges that we continue to pay for all the other visits. This would not be an issue if the problem is fixed but it is still not fixed. I will escalate if I have to but we just want this issue resolved. Please help us as we keep paying for fixes from YOUR company for a unit that was installed by YOUR company. Not to mention the high utility bills from constantly running the ***

I stay in ***** ************** and here goes the bullcrap. My compressor went out on my unit. I called ARS and was quoted a price of $4400 first. My unit is under warranty and I let them know so I wasnt worried about it being covered. But I also asked was anything coming out of my pocket and was told no, it is covered under warranty. Was told 2 days later the price was $2698. I asked again, is anything got to come out of my pocket and was told no because it was covered under warranty. I was asked if I wanted them to come fix it and agreed. Only to get hit with the $2698. Was told that I had to pay for gas etc. I specifically asked if anything was coming out of my pocket and was told no only to get scammed with information that wasnt told to me. I told the representative that they can come and get their compressor because I wouldve never agreed to them charging me that when I always shop around for the best price if I KNOW WHAT I GOT TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. Come on, I aint slow. But now he says that I cant return the compressor. I do t want it. I dont want to do business with this company if this how they do. My receipt form doesnt break down no cost. It just has compressor on it. All this other talk he is talking about isnt even in the ticket. He say thats their flat rate. All of this shouldve been told to me. I want my money and they can come get the compressor and bring me back my old one so I can reach out to someone else to do this job.

In June, 2023, Will ****It installed a new HVAC unit which included the inside, gas-operated heater which we financed for $14,000. In the winter of 2023 we noticed the heater would not ignite, so we called Will ****It to take a look. The worker indicated they did not turn on the ignitor upon installation, and he turned it on for us. In around spring of 2024, Will ****It came out to do some free maintenance on the system and ended up unplugging and leaving it unplugged, which left us without AC for a day; given that I am not an electrician, I didn't feel comfortable plugging in myself, so they came out and fixed it. In July 2025, I received a call from Will ****It saying that they never closed the city permit and that the installation never passed the inspection by the city. So, the city came out and inspected, but did not inform us if corrections were needed. I received a call from Will ****It on 7/28/25 stating a technician was on the way, however, I never scheduled an appointment, so I didn't know why they were coming. Apparently the installation didn't pass the city inspection because the combustion vent was blocked, which caused the heated air to circulate in the unit closet. This could have, and may have caused carbon monoxide to build up inside the house. Additionally, when Will ****It installed the unit two years ago, they left us with a carbon monoxide detector. However, about a month after installation, the detector went bad. The workers came today, 7/29/25 to repair the combustion pipe, and when I told them about the detector, they said this is a known issue as the detectors were sitting on their shelves for too long causing the lithium batteries inside the detectors to die and several people have experienced the same issue. Now, the city is going to have to come out and inspect the repairs that Will ****It completed today. I am not satisfied with the installation work the company has completed for us. It feels like "Will **** To ****It Again".

I am extremely disappointed with the service from ************, ****************************** I signed up for their New Elite Membership at $32/month, expecting priority service. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from what was promised. We paid over $8,000 for a tankless water heater installation. Soon after, during a routine HVAC maintenance visit, their technician recommended replacing our entire system. We trusted their advice and invested another $22,000 for a ********** mini split and a 5-ton Rheem AC system.Shockingly, both new systems stopped working within four days of installation.I immediately contacted customer service and was told a technician would arrive the next day between 124 PM. No one arrived during that time. Instead, someone showed up around 9 PM and diagnosed the following:Rheem unit was iced over and low on 454B **************** split was also low on 454B.A flare on the 3/8 line for the mini split appeared to be ************ noted a return visit was needed "as soon as possible" with the correct refrigerant.Despite being told repeatedly by customer service that a technician was dispatched or that we were "next in line," no one returned, and no updates were provided. It has now been two days with no follow-up and no functioning HVAC system. For a company we trusted with over $30,000 in total costs (membership, water heater, full HVAC replacement), the service and responsiveness have been unacceptable. We expected reliability and professionalism, especially for such a large investment.I cannot recommend Brothers Air, ****************************** I urge others to research alternatives before making a similar commitment.

Had an unfortunate experience with **** *****. Enough to write my first 1 star review. The technician was professional and nice, no complaints towards him. Most HVAC companies disclose how much they charge for first pound and subsequent pounds of refrigerant. They didn't give me those numbers over the phone (I asked)... they charged $137 for a technician to come diagnose and quoted me 3 times that of the 2nd highest quote I got. Just for recharge of 4 lbs of refrigerant I was quoted $1600. $650 for first pound and $250 for each pound after. I think their business model is to take advantage of people during the heatwave and make money off the $137 technician fee. If they had given me the vaguest estimate of the recharge price or given me a reasonable estimate I wouldn't have wasted my time and $137.I called and expressed my concerns, the quality department wasn't very receptive which makes me want to inform the public. Next stop... my community forums/group chat. I strong** recommend staying away, it's not worth contacting for a quote... it will be unfair**/price gouging-** high and you will pay them $137 to give it to you.

We recently had our AC system diagnosed and replaced by Will *** It, and I can't say enough good things about the entire team. Every single person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, andjust as importantlykind and respectful to our family throughout the entire process. From ******, the incredibly helpful dispatcher and lead coordinator who got everything scheduled and running smoothly, to **** *******, the technician who came out for the diagnostic and explained everything with clarity and patiencewe felt like we were in good hands from the very beginning.***, the quality control manager, stepped in before the installation to make sure we were matched with a comfort advisor who would truly understand our situation. As a mom of a special needs child who uses a powered wheelchair, it was so important that we not only got the features we needed but also found an option that we could realistically afford. ***, along with managers ******* ***** and *** *******, went above and beyond to make that happen. Their kindness, flexibility, and dedication to helping our family made a real differenceand we are so grateful.**** *****, our comfort advisor, was exactly the right fit. He walked us through every option, answered every question, and helped us make the best decision for our home, our needs, and our budget. He was professional, compassionate, and honest. The install crewMichael ***** and ******* Doughertywere top-notch. They arrived ready to work, kept things clean, respected our space, and got everything installed quickly and correctly.Getting our AC replaced wasnt just about comfortit meant being able to safely bring our son back into our fully accessible home. That meant everything to us. The Will *** It team understood that and treated us with the care and attention we truly needed. Were so thankful to each and every person involved. Will *** It has absolutely earned our trust and our highest recommendation.

Sadly, zero stars is not an option. I scheduled routine service for two HVACs, made arrangements to be off work, then an hour before scheduled arrival, I received a text that my appointment was rescheduled for a month from that date. I called to the office, which you cannot get a human, only a call center. I requested earlier service since it was rescheduled without speaking to me. Fast forward to the appointment I've been waiting on for another month, I received countless reminders of the afternoon appointment. Then, two hours before the appointment, they cancelled again, rescheduled for late August and no human at the office other than the call center people can be reached.
