      "I have been with ARS for two decades plus, of late I have noticed a big difference in the quality of their services. I dont want to go into all that, my issue today is HALO air scrubber I bought through ARS only two years ago, I was sold a bulb last year for it, this year the tech told me it was working fine, I had it checked by another company and my suspicions were right, its not working, I have been calling for the warranty coverage and I am constantly getting a virtual assistant."
