    I have a 20-year old treadmill and needed to replace the treadmill. I contacted several other sites and was told they couldn't help. Then I found Treadmill Doctor. The person I talked with on the phone was enthusiastic, helpful and courteous. He knew exactly what I needed and sent it along with some treadmill lubricant. I received the new treadmill within two weeks. After watching several ******* videos I was able to replace the treadmill in short order. It is two months later and I have been using the treadmill frequently without any issues. I will contact Treadmill Doctor if I need future supplies. A very pleasant experience from beginning to end.     They helped us find the part we needed (a new motor) and provided great advice about installing it. We received the motor within a couple of days, and everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend Treadmill Doctor, even if you have no experience working on a treadmill.

    They took the time through the online chat to help me diagnose my problem. I tried to buy another part that I thought was it, and they made the correct diagnosis where I did not! They could have very easily sold me the part I thought I needed like most businesses would, but they took the time to help me instead of trying to make a sale. I wish there were more honest businesses like the treadmill doctor these days. They are awesome!!

    I tend to ramble on so Im going to work on making this short and sweet. I blew out the motor in my commercial treadmill as I live overseas due to my husbands career. I ******d what could be wrong and ****** suggested treadmill doctor so I messaged the company and explained my situation. He asked me lots of questions and figured out what I needed, I had the new part in 5 days!! Kind you I am fortunate enough to have a mailing address that makes it easier to receive packages from the US but I was still impressed with how he took the time and got my part right into the mail. He also said if I had any trouble to contact him right away and he would walk is through. Im very impressed and grateful!
