    The process was very easy and user friendly. Especially like the closing being done via video conference. Did this due winter storm and was very appreciated. Contacts always followed through and promises were kept. I feel like they are a company that can be trusted

    Beware of this company! They do not honor the contract. They negotiate a price with you, put you under contract and put a lockbox on your home. Then they refuse to honor the negotiated price and break the contract. All while you could have sold the home to someone else. Do not believe their bought and paid for Google reviews. This company is a scam!!
